I travel a lot and I have never been in an apartment that is in such poor condition.

very dirty. carpets full of filth, furniture in poor condition, curtains no longer serve their purpose, not enough quality dishes, few utensils, kitchen cabinets dirty. bathroom in the shower is falling apart and leaks, beds very bad...

Nice location with facilities that are either worn-out, insufficient or non-existing

The location is great. Also the self check-in went smoothly. The apartment is large for the three of us, although the capacity is six, in which case it might be tight.

First of all, many of the facilities listed are not there at all: No oven, no coffee machine, no balcony, no washing machine (we didn't need it, but good to mention). Many things are not properly built - the shower is leaking, doors of kitchen cabinets feel like they will fall anytime and made a lot of noise. Some of the towels were stained with something dark red (blood?) Not enough cutlery - e.g. only two teaspoon for three of us. And the place is max for 6 people. No real place to hang our clothes. Although we are non smokers, almost all places in Skopje allow smoking and we did not have place to air out the clothes to get rid of cigarette smoke. Also, the owner "reminded" us during our stay that it is a non smoking apartment, which felt strange (as I mentioned, we do not smoke).

You get what you pay for

The location is good and there is plenty of space. The check-in was straightforward.

The apartment needs renovation. There is water damage, falling plaster, and mold in the bathroom and the hallway. The curtains have not been washed for ages and are torn. The bathroom is dirty and has no shower curtain, so with showering it would flood over. There are no light-blocking curtains, so be prepared for early mornings. No kitchen towels or napkins. It is rather inexpensive but there is a reason for that.

Great place to relax, spacious rooms, walking distance (20 min) from the airport bus stop.

There was a lot of space. The bathroom was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Air-conditioning was a plus.

The walls aren't very insulating, and you can hear other people in the apartment block. The apartment is on a very busy street, and even with the windows closed, you can hear the traffic. The apartment could do with a coat of paint.

Great stay near the city centre

Nice, big apartment very close to the centre. They offered us a brand new 3 bedroom apartment instead of the initial 2 bedroom one. All was clean and was a great add to have a private parking spot.

The property was located close to shops including the Ramstore and coffee shops

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY The owner has advertised that the properth has all the facilities but to our disappointment it was false. Dishes in cuboard were dirty Floor not swept or mopped Shower floor leakage from shower Door handle in bathroom was broken - owner had to fix it No hairdryer and iron fid not work - The owners wife replaced bith items and was given instruction to not enter my room but she did to leave it there. No soap dispenser in bathroom No hand towels in kitchen Gave us limited toilet paper Did not replace towels No washing machine or dryer No balcony to hang or air out clothes Owner had to come to apartment to fix things No sound proof rooms as you hear the neighbours talking and banging in their apartments Also take into consideration the Casino next door.

Nice property in a great location

The property was nice and clean and had good facilities. The owner was very helpful The location was ideal as it was in between the main square and museums, and the main area for restaurants.

Nice penthouse suite in good location next to a metro station

Penthouse apartment, very spacious and absolutely lovely. Located near a station with one train stop to the centre or on a good day, 20minutes walk to the centre

Sufficient but nothing more

The location is within a short walk from the center and there are a few restaurants and cafés in the direct vicinity. It was easy to get the key and the host was flexible and easy to communicate with.

The building looks new but the apartment is already showing signs of wear and tear. That is before you look at the rest of the building and notice that it is not completed. The apartment is sufficient for a few nights, but it is not of any higher standard. There is, for example, no proper table in case you need to sit down with your laptop.

Short stay in Skopje near Bohemin quarter

we stayed at Kosta Vaselinov Very good location near to the main square/old bazaar and the bohemian quarter where all the bars and restaurants are. Mini market and cafe all within short walks Hassle free check in with clear instruction We didn’t meet the host but he’s always reachable via WhatsApp. Spacious living room

There’s no picture of the bathroom on booking and it turns up to be small with some adjustments required. The shower curtain doesn’t prevent water from leaking out The WC cover move around The faucet is bigger than the basin therefore water splash out easily. Mould on wall and ceiling (maybe a common problem in Skopje due to the materials used ?) No big deal but can improve to be better

Good price for a safe place to stay.

While the pictures and location are listed next to the main square, the actual room was located 11 min walk away. The two properties should be listed under separate names to avoid any bait-and-switch situations. Having said this, the walk wasn’t bad.

It is good place without a few problem.

The flat is so clean and so closed to the center. But there is no parking area. So it makes us tired to reach city park area to park everyday. And the bed is soooo bad. You can not use the half of the bed. The hot water is another problem. The owner never inform us about the heat system. And we had to take a cold shower. The others is good.

Decent stay in Skopje

Great location, very central, the room was clean and spacious, you have there everything one might need, even a small kitchen. Great value for this price

The shower wall is very small, so I ended up flooding the bathroom floor each time I was taking a shower. The beds are quite shaky, so I was waking up often when turning around in my sleep

A nice flat in Skopje...

This is a great modern appartement wll situated in Skopje close to the city center. It's very bright and comes with many windows. Modern and nice design, I liked it a lot. Nice communication with the owner too.
