Different apartments in the offer

The host is friendly and location is close to the city centre

We booked two apartments for our family, however they were completely different. One was a classical apartment with two bedrooms and another was in the nearby building and it was just like two extremely small hostel rooms. Parking is also not so near and when you check out you have to come back to apartment and return parking card.

Needed to disclose apartment switch

Spacious apartment, working washing machine and kitchen usable.

The owner had us pick up the key at another location which turned out to be where the property is actually located. This is over twice the distance from the historic town center. The actual apartment was not the apartment shown in the booking.com photos. It appears that the apartment was a substitute apartment and nothing was said before hand. We paid cash upon arrival, asked for a receipt which we still have not received. Bathroom was missing a shower door making it very wet after a shower. Apartment had a plumbing odor that tended to come back. Had to remove an inch of water from the bottom of the flooded kitchen refrigerator. The wood floor is noisy to walk on. Apartment needs some work done.

Nice place to stay in Skopje.

The apartment is located on a relatively nice place close to central squire and other historical parts of the town. It was newly renovated equipped with all appliances and houseware. The landlord lady Kristina (Tina) and her business partner Sashko are very nice people.

Only the quality of WIFI connectivity was not was was expected from the local A1 provider.

Konaklamadan memnun kaldım, tekrar gidersem yine kalmak isterim.

Ev sahibi evi, otoparkı ve anahtarları bulma konusunda çok yardımcı oldu. Konumu güzeldi, eşyalar temiz ve yeterliydi.

Mutfakta tabak, tencere, bardak vs. vardı fakat bir çay kaşığı yada normal çatal kaşık bulamadık.

Özellikle çocuklu aileler için temiz, geniş ve manzaralı

4 yetişkin 3 çocuk konakladık. Tina hanım çok cana yakın şeker gibi bir insan, her konuda yardımcı oldu. Buluştuğumuzda ilandaki ev yerine başka bir eve götürdü. İstersek diğerinde de kalabileceğimiz söyledi. Ama biz beğendik. Ev büyük meydana 10-12 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Ev hemen ısınıyor fakat biz çocuklu olduğumuz için evi daha erken ısıtmasını rica ettik, o da kabul etti. 3 gün ara ile 2 kere konakladık. Çamaşır makinesi kurutma makinesi ütü, mutfak eşyaları vs. herşey mevcut. Özellikle çarşaf ve yastık temizliğinden memnun kaldık. Zaten biz çıkış yaparken 2 hanım temizlik için kapıda bekliyordu. Üsküp'e tekrar yolumuz düşerse kesinlikle burada kalırız.

Dairenin içi güzel fakat bina eski, asansör eski. Fakat o bölgede tüm binalar aynı.

Schönes Apartment im Zentrum von Skopje

Das Apartment liegt zentral, es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zum Zentrum, aber auch zum Stadtpark. Es ist geräumig, hell und ruhig, die Fenster gehen nach hinten hinaus in einen großen Hof. Tina ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Daire sahibi Tina hanım bizi geç saatte gelmemize rağmen bekledi ve karşıladı. Araçlarımızı park etmemize yardımcı oldu ve daireye kadar eşlik etti. Kendisi çok nazik ve ilgili birisi. Dairenin konumu çok merkezi. Türk çarşısına yürüyerek 10 dk mesafede. Apartman biraz eski ve gece çevre apartmanlardan çok gürültü geliyor. Uyumakta zorlandık. Bir gece konaklayacağımız için çok sorun etmedik.

Mutfak dolabında kocaman bir böcek vardı, hijyen olarak biraz daha ilgi ve alakaya ihtiyaç var diye düşünüyorum.

Siisti asunto hyvällä sijainnilla. Ok sängyt ja hyvä varustelu. Kuumavesiboileri hiukan temppuili välillä ja vedenpaine oli vähän heikko mutta sille tuskin asunnossa on mitään tehtävissä. Palvelut lähellä ja samoin vanha kaupunki. Ystävällinen majoittaja, jolta sai hyvät ravintolavinkit sekä edulliset kuljetuspalvelut.

Kuumavesiboileri hiukan temppuili välillä ja vedenpaine oli vähän heikko mutta sille tuskin asunnossa on mitään tehtävissä.
