Cosy apartment in the heart of Skopje

Prime location and stocked with everything I needed. Communication was great and staff were very friendly and helpful

Apartment was a little dated but I liked that. There were some minor issues that came up but these were not the fault of the landlord and they sorted them immediately. Only small gripes with a great overall stay

Perfect location but extremely noisy apartment

Friendly staff and excellent location.

The apartment was extremely noisy. I was in apartment 4b, its directly above a bar which closed at midnight Sun - Thur and 1am Fri & Sat. Really loud music until the bar closes. But that wasn't the main noise issue, the bigger problem is there is zero soundproofing between 4a & 4b. I could almost here everything the man was saying inside 4a, it was as if he was in the same room as me. I've never experinced sound proofing this bad.

My singular qualm is the shower. The bracket that holds the shower head is broken/loose so you have to hold the shower head in one hand. I think this is an easy fix, though, and certainly not a reason to forgo this excellent property!

Great host, quick responses, nice spacious apartment with great view

Nice spacious apartment and good location. It was digital lock, we were given a passcode. Overall, host was really helpful, I am very pleased with my stay.

The bed was sleep-able, but not totally comfortable and make squeaking noise upon turning etc. Apart from that everything was great.

Skopje is beautiful. The apartment so well situated for exploring the city.

Property manager met us for check in. Would also like to ad that we stayed one month and through that period, the staff support was exceptional. When things go wrong ..in our case a washing machine..the support people were there within 40 minutes to begin to have the situation remedied.

Many European addresses aren't necessarily spot on to location, even with a pinned map. That's on google..not the property!

Amazing!

The property was super, amazing, clean on the perfect location, close to the city center. The host/Zlatko was amazing. He helped us a lot, gave us rides, trips, everything. He basically became our friend. He tried his best to make us feel safe and welcomed. Would definitely choose the same place again. And probably will do.

We had a really good experience! The apartment is nice and its very close to the center. Everything is so close! Zlatko, guy as a guide is the best! He can explain you everything, so helpful. Also there is a possibiliti to take a drive from/to airport 24/7.

Apartment was okay, but the hosts were very difficult to work with.

Apartment was nice enough.

When I booked the property I asked about available parking and received the following message in return. "We're happy to let you know that the property has confirmed they can arrange this for you. There will be no extra charge for this request." At my check out day, they seemed to changed their mind and demanded I leave money for them at the apartment before leaving. The biggest problem this caused was now I had to run around on a Sunday morning with two babies and try to find somewhere open to get cash for their sudden change if heart. I don't mind paying for the parking per se, and the fee was small enough, but the principal of them telling me at booking that it was free and then demanded payment was very discouraging and frustrating. Lastly, when I was communicating with them about the fee and sent them a screenshot of the message telling me the parking would be at no extra charge, they cut of communication.

Very central location

Central location and very good communication with the host. Apartment had good wifi and basic elements one needs to stay in Skopje.

Apartment was a little worn off and there were no other pillows or blankets in closets. Parking fee per night was also a little heavy, even though I do understand the central location. It did however add to the existing rent additional 30€ (I stayed three nights)

Place to stay!

This is such a nice place! Appartement is very clean, new, modern, very spacious, so comfortable bed, great kitchen facilities, air-conditioning, big bathroom and 2min walk to downtown and restaurants. It was easy to check in and host was kind to let us check out a bit later. I wouldn't search further. Highly recommend it!

Exceptional value for money!

Zlatko was there to meet me when I arrived and went above and beyond to show me everything about the apartment. He had even turned the aircon on so the place was cool when I arrived in 35 degree heat. The apartment was huge, with comfy bed and modern furnishings. It was the perfect place to relax after walking around in the heat. It was also great to be able to do a proper load of washing which dried in about an hour on the sunny balcony. There is a Kam supermarket 100m away. Zlatko also offered to arrange a tour to Matko canyon (or anywhere if I'd wanted to go).

Perfect location

The owner gentleman was very helpful. He came and picked me up from where I was reading because I had internet problems. The facility was on the beautiful apartment floor, very close to the center, walking distance to everywhere and it was really very clean. If I go to Bur again, I will consider staying in the same place again.

Comfortable well-designed clean apartment and great host made me feel at home in Skopje!

The apartment is large and well-set up. I was met by the host within five minutes of my arrival. Access to the 5th-floor apartment is easy by elevator. I loved the design of the apartment and the modern furniture. It is bright and sunny, with plenty of lighting for those of us with "old eyes" who need good lighting after dark! Very clean everywhere, including the bathroom.

There are a few small cosmetic maintenance issue that could use attention, but nothing that interfered with my stay. I loved the apartment.

Everything was perfect. Location is close to downtown, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacies. And in a very quiet neighborhood! Apartment is brand new and has everything you need for a short or long stay. And finally the property manager, his name is Zlatko. By far the best property manager I met in decades. He will treat you like you are family. Simply the best.

Comfy place in central location

The apartment was clean, centrally located and comfortable. The price/quality ratio was good. The host was very friendly and helpful.

The only minor complaint may be that there were not many supplements i.e. shampoo or shower gel, only hand soap. Also the toilet paper was about 1/3 of the roll, other than that excellent place.
