A nice apartment with lovely hosts

The apartment was spacious and clean with everything we needed and a good shower. The host was very communicative and helpful.

Bathroom, beds, kitchen, very dirty. Air conditioning not working properly during the summer. Not enough toilet paper. One of the bedrooms had dirty mattresses

Very poor

The bed was comfortable and at first sight, the apartment seems to be nice, but the details made the difference. Another good thing was the fact that the apartment is located in a good area and the view was nice.

This apartment could be anything but not a premium/luxury apartment. It seems to be ok at the entrance, but once I approached something, I found a problem. We only had 2 towels for 4 people, no toilet papper, the kettle was extremely dirty, and the worst thing we had no hot water.

Pleasant

The location of the accommodation was quite good, there was a park and a supermarket nearby. The entire apartment was spacious and nicely furnished, we believe that after the completion of all the things in progress in the accommodation, it will be a very nice apartment at an excellent price.

Upon arrival, the host gave us a different apartment than we had booked, even though the original one met the number of beds we needed. Thanks to this, the address of the accommodation did not match and we had to solve the relocation problem on the spot. The entire apartment was newly furnished, but unfortunately just before arrival, so many things in the kitchen were not unpacked (dishwasher) and we were not allowed to step on the moldings, as they were freshly glued. The kitchen equipment was very modest, so we had to borrow some things from other residents of the house during the week. Roommates were only given sheets on top of the duvet without it. The ceiling in one bathroom was not finished, there was a hole all the way around. We had no hot water in the second bathroom for a whole week. But the biggest surprise was when, at the end of our one-week stay, a box with a washing machine appeared in the hall without any prior notice. Due to the large number of problems during the week, we did not have the strength to solve them, so we decided not to contact the host.

Apartmenst are new and nice but wouldn’t stay there again

The apartment I stayed was a brand new building which is hard to find in Skopje. There are supermarkets and bakery shops around.

I went to the location that is registered on website and it was quite central however just 30 min before my check in time, i was sent a message by the host that the address is totally different. The host picked me up by his car and let me leave my bags at another apartment. I usually don’t want to stress people out, that’s why i accepted. When i checked in, the flat was not cleaned properly. Kitchen amenities were poor. The address issue must be sorted out and cleaning standards should be improved.

The apartment was clean and modern. Location is great and close to all good restaurants and fun places in Skopje. Also the apartment was very good equipped with everything we needed. Would come again

Not terrible, but could be better

Location was great, close to shopping mall, close (kind of) to the center quite good price and willingness to remove issues by the flat manager

We have arrived at the location and we noticed few issues with the apartment. Biggest issue was that the shower was stuck, the water was not going away. Second, the place did provide only 1 small towel (for hands/feet) per person, for 6 days stay, no signs of big towel for shower, which is standard anywhere in the world. Third thing thing was that kettle which was not functional, and the cleaningness was not on highest level (bit of dust visible by human eye). After we reported these issues to the appointed "guardian/manager" of the flat, he showed urge to help us and most of the problems were eliminated the same night, except the shower which needed a specialist to come next day. Suggestion to the manager of the flat is to find better or manage better the cleaner of the flat. Also to try to keep an eye of the flat before new guests are coming, as nobody wants to have problem taking shower in the summer after whole day traveling
