180m2 two floor flat Skopje Center

Great location, in the urban area of the city, everything is on walking distance (historical center of city also). easy to communicate with the owner and self check-in was also very smooth and simple. just a notice, this is two apartments (one on the ground floor and one one the first fllor) but that was great for our group.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very well located, close to the city center, which made everything easily accessible. Filip was a great host — friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this place.

Unfortunately, we fell a bit short as a group. The accommodation itself was very good, but we did not leave the apartment as tidy as we should have and there was some damage. We were also a bit too many people for the size of the apartment, which is entirely our own responsibility and not something Filip can be blamed for. We were also a bit too loud at times, especially considering that older people live in the apartment building. Filip was a good and correct host, and the apartment itself was well maintained.

The location is great. The district is great for a night life and restaurants but the street is calm and quiet. The organization of beds is also good. We could each sleep in the separate rooms in a group of 5. The apartments have air conditions. The owner is very friendly but the communication about the payment should be cleaner. We learned about the payment in cash after we left the apartment.

The information is misleading. This is not one apartment but two completely separate apartments in different floors. They don’t even have 180m2 together, maybe if you count the terrace. The building and apartments are unfinished with cables sticking out of the wall. The biggest issue was the cleaness of the upper apartment and its bathroom. There’s an old dirt and it’s disgusting.
