We really liked the kitschy interior and the concept of this place; it was fun, also perfectly located and helpful hosts

I think it needs renovation. We were always wondering what was there before, a bar? Maybe some new crispy white sheets would really help! Also, be aware that downstairs there's a bar which is kind of alternative, so a lot of cigarette smoke comes upstairs, and sometimes a lot of noise from concerts

Fantastic funky apartment but not modern

Fantastic uniquely furnished apartment in the city centre with free parking.

The apartment was beautiful but impractical and obviously not modern . The bed was uncomfortable with no headboard and the curtains only covered 3/4 of the doors and windows. You obviously rent this apartment for its uniqueness not for luxury so nothing that you shouldn't expect.

Terrible stay, the room was cold, heating noisy and faulty, bed uncomfortable, bathroom dirty!

The flat is very well located and the decoration’s idea is great.

Bed doesn’t have even a duvet, it has a blanket inside the duvet cover. Bathroom looks old and dirty. Only half of a toilet roll. Noise from the flat upstairs till 2:00 am.

Gorgeous, Unique Apartment in Old Town!

I can’t begin to describe how much we loved this apartment! Every single thing inside is a piece of art, and so unique! The private glass elevator was gorgeous and so much fun. Three balconies to enjoy the views of the city. So central to everything in old town, the pedestrian street is just outside. Wonderful bar on the ground floor of the building. The property manager was so friendly and helpful, as were our drivers to and from the airport. Cannot recommend this place enough!!! We hope to return someday and stay again!

Unique! Don't need to go to Las Vegas :)

This apartment is a masterpiece - something that you will never see again. The owner has invested lots of energy, love, creativity, knowledge and money in every inch on this property, to create a unique experience, something that you see in cartoons only. Also, Josif and Nikola were helpful and friendly.

Very good and informativ driver.

Cash payment but no receipt???? This apartment need's an total cleaning!! We had to book and moove to another place after the first night. Not possible to use the kitchen, dirty electrical cabel's hanging out from the fan. Bugs in the bed upstairs!! Bugs bite my son's legs!! I want all money back.

Something a Bit Different in Skopje

The apartment was certainly as unique and interesting as advertised, there's plenty of unique design features which made the stay interesting. The bed was very comfortable, as was the chaise longue and the place was ideal for a short visit to Skopje. The apartment is narrow but long so there is room to relax and unwind. Location is excellent as it is just off the main drag close to all sites and amenities. As we landed late, we were very appreciative of being picked up by Nikola and welcomed to the property. There is a car park outside but we didn't use it on this occasion. All in all a fun and quirky apartment in a central location at a very good price.

The apartment was a little dusty but otherwise clean and there was a slightly musty smell but I feel this was due to the age of the building and construction work on the church next door. Not a major complaint though! Due to being on the second floor the property is not accessible so if mobility is an issue it would not be suitable.

Artistic Design and Perfect Location

Dali Apartment is truly a must-see in Skopje. We booked for one night, and it turned into one of the most memorable stays of our trip. Joseph, the host, warmly welcomed us, allowed us an early check-in at 12 noon, and shared the fascinating story behind the apartment. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Macedonian Square, restaurants, and shops. The interior design is incredibly unique, artistic, and unlike anything we’ve seen before. One of the most surprising features is the private elevator that takes you directly into the second floor of the apartment—an experience on its own!

This was fine

This apartment was in an excellent location just off a main street with bars and restaurants and 15 minutes from most tourist spots. Having Aircon in both the living room and bedroom was excellent and both worked perfectly.

This apartment was fine but wouldn't stay again or recommend to someone else. At one point this was probably a lovely stay but needs a bit of love to get back to it's best. The apartment had many signs of wear and tear which were very stark due to the decoration which made this more obvious than it would have been in another apartment. The listing says there should be toiletries and there were but no shower gel and it appeared as if the shampoo that was there had been left by a previous guest. There was very little in the bottle and no conditioner or 2 in 1. Additionally there were sliders by the door which looked to have been left by a previous guest too. The shower did not meet expectations as it did not seem particularly clean and the bathroom lights did not all work so it was quite dark. There were limited plugs, you could not charge two phones from the bed and one socket at the foot of the bed was hanging out the wall and did not look safe to use.

Super interesting setting at this apartment! Never seen anything like it. Nice host who told the story of the house. Super central with only 2 min to the main square. Stay here before it’s turned into a museum or something else.

Without a doubt - one of the most unique place we've ever stayed in! Super impressive interior, great location (at the heart of the city), great places for food / drink around and walkable distance to all the main attractions. Also, nice private parking. Skopje Apartment Extravaganza

An amazingly wild, eccentric, extravagant, over the top decorated huge apartment with your own private elevator as your front door which opens out into the apartment itself! It really is what you see in the pictures! You have everything in the apartment you need for your stay. Practically next door to Mother Teresa House and a couple of minutes walk to the main square where you will find amazing architecture and many statues including the impressive Alexander The Great statue right in the centre of the main square. A short walk over the impressive Stone Bridge leads you to the Old Bazaar and the Fortress and many museums. Shops, bars and restaurants are also in close proximity to the apartment too. There is a great little bookshop/cafe/late night bar downstairs from the apartment. We were offered a transfer service from the airport to the apartment which we'd taken up. We were met by Nikola who took us to the apartment, asking about us and our lives back home, while telling us about himself and what there is to do and see in Skopje and his recommendations on where to eat and what to try. Nikola also took us out for the day, taking us to Saint Panteleimon's monastery, up to the Millennium Cross and also Matka Canyon, we never felt rushed and everything was at a steady pace with plenty of time at every stop. We were also staying 3 nights in Ohrid too. Nikola drove us to our apartment there and collected us when we were due back at Skopje airport which was a nice touch. He really is a fantastic person and a credit to Dali Apartments and we feel we have made a friend for life. We would definitely stay here again.

Fairly priced for an overall decent stay.

Clean room, comfortable bed, great location, exotic look, extremely quiet, super hot water, reliable wifi, very large room with tons of space.

Lots of steps to climb; didn't encounter remote control for living room a/c (but didn't spend much time in there);very confusing car parking situation; a/c circuit breaker tripped on extremely hot night; didn't encounter a blanket anywhere; only 1 towel provided.

unique cheap apartment

this property is cheap and unique, also in a quiet and convenient location. shower worked fine and was hot. Tv had YouTube so son was happy. Bed in bedroom very comfortable. However what made the apartment priceless to me was my 10 year old daughters screams of delight when she ‘found’ the secret kitchen behind the tv!

Kids said sofa bed a bit uncomfortable, but they’d still want to stay there again!

A fantastic unique stay in the heart of Skopje.

The apartment is a fantastic unique stay very close to the main pedestrian area of Skopje. The wifi is fantastic, stable and a very good speed. The kitchen was well equipped and the private elevator was a wonderful and unexpected treat. The entire apartment is a work of art and something to marvel at.

Crazy unique place with perfect location!

The design of this apartment is something totally out of the ordinary! An experience on it's own to discover all the details:) And location was perfect, very close to Square Macedonia. This was private apartment, so the service was different than in a hotel, but the guy Nikola that welcomed us was lovelly.
