Perfect Location, but Needs Better Cleaning

The apartment’s location is its greatest asset—incredibly central, right by the river, with direct access to the city's first shopping mall. Having stores like Sports Vision and Benetton, supermarkets like Vero and Kam, and several bakeries right downstairs was a huge convenience. Additionally, using the mall’s parking for just 5 euros a day was very practical.

However, we did encounter some issues regarding cleanliness. The building and the apartment itself are quite old and were not thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. We appreciated that a baby cot was prepared with some thoughtful toys inside, but unfortunately, the cot appeared very old and didn't look clean enough for a baby. On a positive note, the apartment was well-stocked with cleaning supplies, which were easily accessible if needed. While the convenience and location are 10/10, the property would definitely benefit from a deep clean and some maintenance to match its amazing surroundings.

Location and parking.

It's rundown flat in an old building that was only micro refreshed so it can be rented. Smelled like tobacco very strongly. Light was not working in the bedroom. Kitchen amenities and furniture are 30 years old

Tavsiye ederim gelin 😁

Havaalanından otobüs ile son durakta inilip 200 mt yürüyerek eve ulaşılıyor. Ev sahibi Goran bey, bizi karşıladı gezilecek yerler hakkında kısa bilgi verdi. Evin konumu harika, Üsküp içinde her yere yürüme mesafesinde bulunuyor. Market hemen alt pasajda. Ev içinde tencere tava tabak gibi tüm ihtiyaçlar bulunuyor. Dışarıda yemek isteyen yakın yerlerde restoran bulabilir. Ama gelmişken Türk pazarı civarında Üsküp köftesi, az ileride triliçe vs yemenizi tavsiye ederim.

Market fiyatları türk çarşısına göre oldukça yüksek. Meyve sebze pazardan yarı fiyatına alınabilir. Dini hassasiyet kaynaklı marketten her ürünü alamadım. Ama türk pazarı bu konuda güvenilir. Bir de havalimanında 100 Euro bozdurdum çarşıdaki döviz bürosuna göre yaklaşık 700 dinar eksik veriyor. Gerekirse havalimanında az miktar bozdurup çarşıda gerektiği kadar bozdurun.

Şehir merkezinde otogara yürüyerek 10 dk da varabiliyorsunuz.Havalimanı otobüs durağı 4 dk mesafeden kalkıyor. Her yere yakındı ve apart tarzı bir yer beklerken resmen ev kiraladığımızı farkettik.

Çekmecede boxer ve tişört vardı ama temiz görünüyordu ev daha dikkat edilebilirdi

Super zentrale große Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist groß und hat einen Balkon zum Einkaufszentrum hin. Man sieht in der Nacht das Millenionkreuz auf dem Vodno. Es gibt alles was man braucht, zwei Betten, in verschiedenen Zimmern, so das meine Enkelin und ich jeder einen er eigenen Bereich hatten. Besonders bedanken möchte ich mich noch bei den beiden Damen, die sich zu Beginn so viel Zeit für uns genommen haben und alles rundherum erklärt haben.

Die Waschmaschine hat eine Unwucht und begann zu hüpfen, außerdem kam Wasser raus. Wir haben Sie nur einmal benutzt. Der an die Küche anschließende "Wintergarten" war nicht zu benutzen. Man konnte kein Fenster öffnen und es wurde unerträglich heiß. Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich direkt an der Lüftungsanlage des Einkaufszentrums, was doch zu einer ziemlichen Geräuschbelästigung führt, wir haben uns aber daran gewöhnt.
