good area, too little room, no refrigerator, no sleepers, no immideate reception calls

Apartment area is good and very near to city center. Late time checkin and last minute changes are supported if you contact why you need it. We needed it because of Nis border from Kosova problem. Dimitri had come to give our cheese because there is no refrigrator in the room, and he helped us to get on bus station, it was only 5 minutes car drive. It was a good gesture.

We stayed 2 nights. I recommend you to stay one night only. They don't make any cleaning while you stay. They use cash only and ask the money immideately after showing the room. Room description is wrong. 3 people can not sleep in this room. We were 2 but I thought at least we can put our things somewhere. You can use very small area. And you may call them where to put your stuff because they may use small wardrop before you arrive and put a lot of things inside. The chair is not opening very well. 1 meter child may sleep but I don't think children sleep without moving. Room climate doesn't have sleep mode. There are moscitoes at night. On the balcony there were smoking trash. In the shower there were used body sponge. Sink is obviously used before. I think only beds are cleaned before we arrived. At least I hope they changed it. I didn't see any hair on the bed. But I didnt look it carefully because we arrived late and I need to sleep. Room has no carpet. It is ok but apartment didn't put any sleepers. I had to make a lot of contacts for little things. Why there is a little toilet paper left. Where can I have spare one? Where is foot towel?... They told me where to find in the reception and I found it. I don't like to ask every little thing. You should prepare the room for us. A little shampoo left but I don't wanna contact with them for that I got bored. At last evening I learned that we were staying only 2 rooms for the evening and still no towel. I don't want to call them for towel.. Conclusion, this is an empty hotel room which you pay only cash when you enter inside. You should check every little thing while you are checking in. toilet paper cleaning etc. After that you can only contact with phone and they are not nearby.

Flawless Stay – Couldn’t Have Asked for More!

From the moment I arrived, everything about this apartment exceeded my expectations. The communication with the host was excellent—friendly, clear, and very prompt. They provided detailed check-in instructions, which made the arrival completely stress-free. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping it clean and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens and towels were fresh, and there were thoughtful touches throughout the space like toiletries, a fully stocked kitchen, and even coffee and tea supplies. The design was modern and cozy, with stylish decor that made it feel like a home away from home. All the appliances worked perfectly, the Wi-Fi was fast, and there was even a smart TV with streaming options. The location was also perfect—quiet and peaceful at night, but just a short walk away from shops, restaurants, and public transport. I felt completely safe in the area, and it was so convenient for getting around and exploring. Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve had through Booking. I wouldn’t change a thing and will absolutely be returning the next time I’m in the area. Highly, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, style, and a worry-free experience!

Very cosy apartment. Everything is brand new en modern. Easy communication with the owners. Walking distance from the city centre is 15 minutes. Close to the international bus and train station. Also the public transport is easily reachable. I strongly recommend it.

PERFECT!

I stayed for one night and had a great experience. The location is fantastic—everything I needed was close by, from grocery stores to public transport. The apartment was very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly, which made the short stay even more enjoyable. The hosts are so kind, helpful and friendly! Highly recommend for a comfortable and relaxing night. 🙂

Buzdolabı yok. Biz bunu fark etmeden rezervasyon yaptık. Bilseydik ve uygun olsaydı 3-5 euro daha pahalı ve buzdolabı olan odaya geçiş yapardık. Ama o odalar müsait değildi. There was no fridge. We didn’t notice this when booking. If we had known and if it had been available, we would have chosen a room with a fridge, even if it cost 3–5 euros more. But those rooms were not available.

Odalar temiz, bakımlı, rahat. Her odada çay-kahve-su ikramı var. Üç oda tutmuştuk, birinin küçük bir mutfağı vardı. Yemek pişirmek ya da kahvaltı hazırlamak olanaklıydı. Banyolar temiz ve güzeldi. Kaliteli şampuan, sabun ve hijyen malzemeleri vardı. Yoldan girilen bir bahçenin etrafındaki binalardan birinde olduğu için ortam gayet sessizdi. Yol ya da insan kalabalığı gürültüsü yoktu. Otelin önündeki yola araba park edilebiliyor. Yaklaşık 20-25 dakika yürüyerek şehir merkezine (İskender Meydanı) ulaşabiliyorsunuz.

Ev çok temizdi. Her ayrıntı düşünülmüş, banyoda ped kulak çöpü vb. vardı. Küçük bir şişe şarap, kahve, bitki çayları, küçük çikolatalar çok nazikçeydi. Evsahibi evin konumunu ve nasıl girileceğini video ile anlattı, her sorulana hızlı ve çözüm odaklı yaklaştı. Konumu iyi, Otobüs durağına ve markete çok yakın. Merkezden taksi 150 dinar tuttu.

İleride belki ortak alanda mini buzdolabı olabilir.
