Read this before booking this property: Disappointed

We arrived much earlier and it was not a problem.

Where to start...we booked this property based on the good review but it was nothing like expected. It is very cheap one is not expecting much but better pay more and stay in better place. - When we entered in the apartment there was a strange smell; - There was dirt on the floor, the furniture was not wiped, and the provided bed sheets had an odour. It seams like it was not cleaned before. - Additionally, the building is already damaged everywhere, even though that it seams to be a new-built. - In the apartment there is still the protective foil on the window frames. => Immediately I wrote to the owner about the cleanliness situation and she requested to send her a pictures to which I did. She said that she was out of the country and she was not satisfied with the cleaning company that she is working with. However, she did not offer new cleaning, change of apartment nor price reduction or refund. We had to still pay the full price even-though that we left shortly after. The owner wished from me to cancel the booking which would have resulted to still pay the sum but not being able to provide a review.

Cozy strategic location a stone's throw from the center

The apartment is spacious, bright, and conveniently located within walking distance of the city center. The cleanliness and comfort were excellent. We traveled by car and greatly appreciated the dedicated parking space. The owner is very kind and helpful, and helped us with directions.

The bathroom could be improved with some small modifications to the shower and the exhaust fan

To be honest, we were disappointed because the apartment and building looked unfinished. We felt uncomfortable.

-The location was very near the city centre and a all the monuments... everything was in walking distance. -there was a parking underground which means the car did not sit in the sun -the ac was satifactory

-the appartment was not cleaned at all or very minimaly - the smell was bad because of the sewer and there was mold growing in the shower - the dishes were not washed properly - the bedsheets had a smell like they have been used before and not washed after -the building was clearly Still under construction and it felt slightly dangerous in some areas -the Doors of the building werent being properly locked and the password to the building was hilariously predictable -there was no blinds or Window covers therefore we were woken up early because of the sun shining into the rooms.
