Urban Stay - Main Area Apartments

The location of the apartment was great, very close to city center, shopping mall and easy to reach most of the attractions. The communication with the owner was great, due to the fact that i had some delays in arrival time and internet connection issues which made me hardly reachable. Also, the host was very kind to let us leave our luggage(mostly food in the fridge) over check-out time until we went for a short attraction check. The apartment is located in a new building, very nice built, with new appliances and with everything someone might need. The free parking nearby is a plus.

I am reducing the overall rating by 2 points because of: cleanliness, noise and parking. Parking: there was available only one underground parking space, which was in use by another guest. Coming with the car full of luggage and leaving the car in the parking nearby gave me some unsafe feelings. Everything went good in the end. Noise: in front of the apartment there is a construction site for another apartments building and someone started making noise at (!!!) 5AM. Cleanliness. Here is a topic which is in total control of the owner. Everything in the apartment is new, beautiful, therefore is a pity to be ruined by this aspect. The first thing i noticed when i entered the apartment was the smell. It seems someone was smoking in the apartment(dooh, we're in NMK) but the smell was persistent. Also, in the closets and drawers i could find used socks, previously used towels and a bit of messy blankets and bed linen.

Has everything you need. It was surprisingly quiet given the buildung going in around it. The location is both close to the center and the bus station. The host was very helpful.

Could have been cleaner. It was a very tiny flat with no view, but was very good value.

Прекарахме два дни в това студио и мога смело да кажа, че беше перфектният избор за престоя ми в Скопие. Ако търсите комбинация от удобство, стил и топ локация, това е мястото. Комуникацията беше отлична. Домакинът беше изключително отзивчив, даде ми полезни съвети за местни ресторанти и ми помогна с инструкциите за паркиране. Определено бих се върнал отново тук при следващото си посещение в Скопие. Силно препоръчвам на соло пътешественици или двойки, които искат да бъдат в сърцето на събитията!

Ev giris katindaydi ve pek güvenli hissettirmedi, geceleri tedirgin uyuduk Klimada bir sorun var oda kucuk olmasina ragmen yeterince isinmadi üşüdük,
