The location

The apartment is large well furnished close to the center but no a luxury apartment as shown in the publication. The apartment could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. The price is therefore too high compared to the service... First Kitchen is poorly equipped utensils were not suitable for use; just one very old frying pan, one small pot, some plastic spoons and some steel utensilios. No coffee maker. There is only one complete old bathroom with a broken shower, only shower head; and other 1/2 bathroom with just toilet and sink. The washing machine work fine but the clothes drying rack was broken. The high speed wifi was not working any day during our stay.

Although the apartment is nice and the location is good, we would never go back due to the way we were treated as guests

The apartment is renovated, modern, and fully equipped. The space is spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a small WC, very practical for families. It has excellent WiFi, a TV, stove, dishwasher, and vacuum cleaner – everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is good, close to the city center, with everything within easy reach. The apartment is more-less clean, and the furniture and equipment are modern and practical.

The host came in the evening in a very hurried manner, focused on collecting payment. After that, he never returned or responded to calls or messages, and to this day we have no idea what happened. The promised baby cot was not available upon arrival. This made it very inconvenient for our baby, who crawled on the floor and came into contact with peanut, pistachios, cigarette butts, which had been missed during cleaning. Peanut is a known allergen and can be dangerous. The host said he would bring the cot the next day, but it never arrived. Parking! Supposedly, there is a free distant parking spot, but it is unclear, as host told us to better park in front of the building. He promised he would pay us parking until 12 PM, as we gave him small tip, so we can have time to buy parking cards for after 12 PM. However, by 10 AM we already had a wheel clamp and a fine! As a result, parking cost us time, nerves and almost half the price of the stay for a couple.

Owner fraud.

The owner is a fraud. We booked for company via booking. And guaranteed payment with company card. Wher colleagues apeared the owner said it is not posivoe to oay with card because the card machine doesnt work. But acctuallly they wanted to take cash and probably avoid booking service fee. They dont keep promoses and privide what they should.

Not Lux as it looks on the photos

Location is great, host is very kind.

The old elevator cabin was a concern; it was small and didn't align properly with the floors, which scared the kids. However, this isn't the host's fault. The apartment itself is spacious, but the cheap facilities and construction materials used are a stark contrast to the "Lux" advertisement. The low windows are a safety concern, especially for families with children. It would feel much safer if the window handles had safety locks. We experienced significant issues with the shower's low pressure and getting hot water. When I tried to adjust the faucet aerator to improve the pressure, pieces of moldy dirt came out. After that, we avoided using the bathroom faucet. Cleanliness was the most disappointing aspect and needs much more attention. While the sheets and towels seemed clean, the overall cleanliness was poor. Wifi isn't good enough for streaming. Speedtest shows less than 2mbps download.

Perfect location, clean and large apartment. Good communication with the owner. Everything we needed was there. The shopping mall and supermarket is extremely close as well as coffee shops and restaurants

Exceptional

Our stay at this apartment was fantastic. The place was stylish and well-furnished. Having two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, was a nice bonus. The living room was spacious, and the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. We were within a 20-minute walk of all the main attractions. Plus, our host was friendly, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Spacious, great location, parking in front of the building

The air condition in the bedroom wasn’t working, needs to be fixed, especially in summer day in Skopje, the one in the dining room wasn’t powerful enough to cool the whole apartment.

Not recommended

It was clean.

Primary concern was location and that was main reason why we booked this apartment. In the add, it was advertised as Skopje city centar. When we arrived, we found out that this address in half an hour by walk from city centar and that host has several locations that he rents. Nobody informed us that this apartment would be far away from city centar and we arrived with small kids (they cannot walk that distance). We were only one night in this city and this was very unpleasent. In addition, kitchen did not have any kitchenware and host knew that we are 4 adults and 3 small kids that are renting apartment. After our arrival, we saw other complaints from people that rentad from this host and that were also complaints on location. In my opinion this booking is misleading and location needs to be carefully checked for future. Not recommended

BAD CHOICE !

The only thing i like was property looks nice.

Very bad wifi, we were family and at the same time only one person's wifi was working. Towels were smelly. Its almost 3 km from center Owner is KING, he would'nt reply you calls even you die there. After Writing Feedback Editing again because Martin is threatening me on WhatsApp !!

Comfortable location that suited our needs for our trip.

Good communication with the host. They met us at the property, showed us in and went over the basics for the apartment. Parking is conveniently located at the location, and it is easy to find on Google Maps.

There were no paper towels, pot holders, or other cloths/towels in the kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with the essential equipment, but it was lacking cooking basics such as salt, pepper and oil. Also, the hot water in the kitchen was not working, so we had to clean our dishes in cold water. It was okay for us, as we were meeting friends for most of our meals, so we did not do any cooking.

The suite was very large! Really lot of space.

It was quite dark appartment, and not that close to the city center as described on booking (aprox 25minutes walking). Parking was right next to the building.

Some visibility at home for a new gest was not available ( Like to make Tee or Coffee for first few min was unavailable ) and also ( for everyone 2 person there was 1 blanket no one can sleep well its better to put there extra blankets or for everyone 1 blanket.
