Apartment was in a good location, its really good if you have a car, bath tub was big and amazing.

There was spider nets in some places, curtains cannot really block the sun completely, but in general is a nice deal. The toilet water kept coming out in small amount all the time.

You pay for an apartment and you get a single room with poor living conditions

We booked and paid online for an apartment through booking.com, but we got a room (studio) on the first floor with the excuse that there were no other apartments available. The room was without any view, damaged mattress on the bed, not quite at all because the room was right behind the reception itself. The kitchen was in poor condition with unwashed utensils. Instead of the next day, we checked out the same day due to the poor living conditions. Advice: Never pay in advance!

Nice and clean appartment a bit outside of the center of Skopje, but taxi ride is only 2-3 euro. Friendly hosts!

Our appartment didn’t have much outdoor view (just one window high on the wall).

Disappointing reality

cleanliness, high expectations poor reality, few bed sheets, few cutlery. when we came into facilty, we were told that ine lightbulb went out in bathroom and if we can replace it. not only that this lightbulb was not working, there was also another in the living room that was out. There was not enough blenkets, only for one bed. we hat to prepare other two by ourselves, but there wes still one missing, so one of us had to sleep in out sleeping bag. pretty dissapointing

the apartment is very clean and very spacious! the staff are really nice and they help a lot! we truly love it!

the fact there is no elevator so its a bit not easy if you have many luggages but still okay. its still a but far for the center but you can find taxi just close to the apartment so no bug deal!

Pleasant

On arrival the woman at the desk was very friendly and communication was easy and fast.

The room l was in, because there many rooms, was in a state of abandonment. Lights were flicking, the kitchen sink would squirt water, the bathroom shower with similar problems and only a few plugs were actually functioning. When you rent an apartment with a kitchen you also expect it to have sone kitchen utensils, but unfortunately just a saucepan. I think they need to show that they care for out needs.

The view. It was literraly the only thing that was enjoyable when you stood on the chaird on the balcony that nearly broke when you sit on them

Narrow parking spots, no possibility to pay with card, cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen, dirty bathroom with dirty towels full with hair( which was not ours), very rough matresses with only a sheet on them, not even a blanked if we were cold, staff not speaking english, key broke in the door while I was trying to open it while I had a medical emergency

The receptionists were polite, both of them. The manager accepted our cat without charges.

Toilet was jammed. Receptionist tried to solve that but was overruled by obtrusive cleaning lady. Situation from hell. She fixed the toilet without desinfecting the rest. Blaming us for jamming it. The apartment is big with quality materials and electronic but poorly maintained.
