looks tired and lack of maintenance like old water leak stains on bathroom ceiling, ceiling light fitment missing, exposed wires taped over, A/C unit really dirty-washing machine would be good

Solid, well located option for staying.

The place is in a good location on an up-and-coming street with new cafés and bars popping up. The town center is not too far away, there is also a park nearby. The owner/manager was flexible with me arriving earlier than I indicated. I really appreciate it. Wifi/ac works well. Card payment was possible.

The place itself was alright, but it is not amazing. Furniture is slightly dated. The bedroom faces the street with the cafés and bars, not too noisy, but also not exactly quiet. The kitchenette is a bit dated and not appealing to use. No coffee maker. I locked myself out of the bathroom because the door handle fell of and the manager was impatient about it, as if it would have been my fault.. I managed to fix it myself in the end.

Kolevski Apartments is the place to stay if you are deciding to visit Skopje. It's in the city center, close to the Macedonia Square and the Debar Maalo area, where you have a lot of restaurants and cafés. The hosts were great. They waited for us and told us everything about the apartment, the parking and the area. Definitely would stay again!

Great location, just a few steps away from all the nice cafes and restaurants, but still close enough to the main city center. The host was extremely friendly and provided us everything we needed. To have our car parked safely in the garage included in the price, was the most important thing for this trip.

Inconvenient check in. Luckily the bar downstairs had open wifi to message host. Electronic door key to apartment complex did not work so we needed to go through the garage.
