Great location to discover Skopje.

The apartment is very nice. It's big has a good kitchen and a nice living room. The location is great, It's 7m walk towards the big church and 14m walk to the main square. The apartment was very clean. The host was very friendly and helped me with finding the right bus website for transport towards the apartment. At the last day he came to collect the money in cash. He even gave me the option to pay in Euro's, which i did. Also there are lots of good and cheap places to eat around the apartment! Also there is a KAM supermarket very close by. The apartment has a washing machine. I didn't use it, but it looked very new.

The kitchen did not have tea towels to dry wet dishes. So i used kitchen roll-paper to dry it. The bed was itchy for all 7 nights. Didn't see any bugs or bite-marks, so it might have been just the sheets or laundry detergent... but i don't know for sure... It was a bit to much for comfort.

Good Experience

The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds and sofas were very comfortable. The host was very kind and helped us with directions to visit places in the city. It was nice to have a private parking area just a 5–6 minute walk from the house. The apartment is within walking distance to the city center and very close to restaurants and a supermarket.

The bathroom was a bit old, but everything else was fine.

Good Location & Family-Friendly Home

The location of the house is quite good — it's about a 15-minute walk to the city center. Since it’s on a main street, there are markets and shops nearby where you can find anything you need. The house is perfectly suitable for a family. The kitchen was functional, the TV was nice, and the internet connection was fast. Although it was a bit of a walk, having a parking option was still appreciated. The host was very helpful throughout our stay.

On the downside, since the house is a bit old, the bathroom wasn't in the best condition. Also, as with many previously used houses, there can be some minor hygiene issues. Just to note — the parking is available, but it's about a 7–8 minute walk from the house.

He has a closed garage space nearby. The The apartment was clean. Homeowners were so kind and friendly, they informed and guided us for our visit. They waited us for the keys and the garage even we were late due to intercity traffic and rain.

Very nice modern apartment

Very nice apartment, clean, modern, spacious. You get access to a private safe parking garage which is a big plus! The location is great. Very good value.

It would be nice to receive all information about the check-in and parking in one go. We were not given the name of the parking garage which meant we had to try to find the right place only by following a photograph as the host was temporarily unavailable.

A super spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable apartment near to lots of restaurants, bars and cafes, 15 minutes from the main square, helpful host (thanks Aleksander!). Good value.

If arriving with a car, make sure to talk to the host, Aleksander, before arriving: Parking on street was a little tricky. In the end, Aleksander was very helpful and made it work.

Perfect location, perfect host, I recomend.

Great communication with Aleksandar via Whatsapp, with absolutely precious description of parking spot and way to accommodation that was sent me in PDF file. Parking in Skopje was ensured via Whatsapp again. Appartment is ten minutes on foot to Skpoje spectatule main squere and old town with delicious tavernas.

Great hospitality

The host was so helpful he took us from bus situation to bring the apartment even it was late time but he helped us he is hospitality. The apartment was clean and warm it's not hot for winter. He did put what u need in the home The location was nice to walk or visiting other places. When we leaved the apartment Aleksandar helped us to found airport shuttle because we didn't know about it. He is so kind thank you for your kindness

Clean apartment with perfect location and comfy bedroom.

The location is perfect, there are many restaurants and bars nearby, and the square is only a 3-minute walk away. The apartment is quite spacious, the bedroom has a comfortable bed and is very quiet and overlooks the parking lot, and part of the apartment overlooks the main street. The cleanliness is at the highest level, and the owner Alexander is always available and helpful. I hope we will come again.

Best location to stay when visiting Skopje

Spacious, fully equipped apartment. Best possible location to discover Skopje. Everything was in short walking distance. Would definitely recommend! Host Alexander was super friendly. A friend of him picked us up from the airport on arrival. When we left, Alexander personally dropped us off at the busstation and helped us getting tickets for the trip to Bitola. Thanks, Alexander :-)

The apartment is in an old building, with an old elevator as well. The apartment doesn't have a parking lot and you must find a place for your car by yourself. The apartment wasn't renovated completely, just partly.

Great host, genuine guy and was there to help us at anytime!

Well the location is great, we booked at late notice and the host Aleksandar was available from minute 1 and speaks great English. he was super helpful and helped us more than any host we have encountered so far through booking.com We ended up prolonging our stay as the value was good, location was perfect and gave us access to literally everything you could need. 15 mins walk from an amazing Turkish restaurant in the old city. 2 minutes walk from a super market, and 3 mins from a pretty awesome coffee bar. Aleksandar helped us find the right bus to visit lake Ohrid and even booked us a taxi to the bus station - this was helpful as the taxi picked us up literally outside the Appartment and also did not over charge us. the driver actually was a pretty good singer also. 😄 I don’t know if Aleksandar knew this and booked us this taxi for that reason but regardless cannot fault his service!

Some slight wear a tear with the Appartment/ building itself, but I cannot fault the host, he was awesome and super accommodating!

We stayed for 11 nights with my family, the location is ideal, we never had to use a taxi. 15 minutes to the center. and 10 min walking distance to the city park and zoo. especially the host was helpful in everything, did not turn down any of our requests. Thank you Alexander for your hospitality.
