A good apartment at a great location

A cozy 1 bedroom apartment in a good location in Skopje. The owner gave great instructions on how to get to the location and get the keys. The building is older but it is being renovated. The owner turned on the heating before arrival so the apartment was warm when entering.

The main bed was made out of two adjoined beds, while for the kids the sofa was quite short (it was good for my young kids) i don't think it will fit a big person.

What a dump! By far the worst booking.com property I’ve yet stayed in.

The place was really clean inside.

Very difficult to find - place looks like a building site. Shower hardly lukewarm, bed really uncomfortable (2 single beds pushed together to form a double bed, vertical plank in middle of double bed). Door to balcony does not seal properly, so street noise fairly loud inside bedroom. “Parking available” actually means find a parking spot somewhere on the overcrowded streets.

Owner was very nice, polite and always ready to help. Location was great close 5 min to Debar Maalo and 20 min to the center.

Flat is pretty old and not anymore in the best condition. Some repairmants should be done. There are not enough sockets so always something has to be unplugged to use another appliance. It would be great to provide at least 1-2 extension cables (there are none now). Bed was pretty uncomfortable, two double beds connected to one with wooden beam in the middle of the bed (which beside being covered you can feel it). WiFi broke out on the first day, but with the quick intervention of the owner it was quickly fixed. After that there were some very small ups and down in the internet connection but nothing too long.

Stress free in the main.

Location was good, a little difficulty in actually locating the right entrance to the building. Clean, friendly and welcoming host. Wi-Fi good.

Unfortunately little sun on either balcony due to overgrown trees. The washing machine was a challenge as the ‘on’ button was missing. More updated iron and a few more hangers would have been beneficial as travelling on business.

The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and comfortable! We felt like we were in a home away from home. The staff were also very helpful and supportive, making sure we had a good stay. I really enjoyed my stay at Mim’s apartment. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Also, the apartment was just steps away from the centre of the city and was very comfortable and spacious. Finally, I especially liked how clean and organized it was.

Everything was great. My only proposal to the owner would be replacing the single beds with king or queen bed. But that is probably my "issue" due to the 2m high 🙂

Great and fair servive

The owner was very good and helpful. Unfortunate event happened to the owner Dimitar and he called us before we arrived to the apartment. We couldn't stay in his apartment from genuine reasons but he already aranged for us to stay in a hotel just 7 minutes walking distance from the previous location. The hotel was great, confortable bed and helpful staff. The owner payed the difference of the price in the hotel and that was very fair. Dimitar I hope you will soon get better and take care of yourself.
