Overall good stay

The availability of an elevator considering the suitcases. The washing machine with at least 1000 rpm and the possibility to dry the clothes on the balcony. If you stay longer than a week your towels and sheets will be replaced and the apartment be cleaned. Supermarkets close in the neighbourhood.

The dish washer does not work and the water pressure in the kitchen is very low, so not easy to wash the dishes. Supplies in the kitchen were limited and just 2 spots for the pans for cooking. Microwave would be appreciated. Finishing of the apartment was a bit slompy, but it did not effect the stay.

Weekend trip to Skopje

The apartment at Dane Krapchev str, was spacious, bright and had all the amenities for short or long stay. It had 2 bedrooms with 2 large beds and 1 small, a spacious living room with large TV a fully-equipped kitchen, and a clean bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, close to the city area with the bars and restaurants, but a bit further from the city center and the old town. The host was very kind and helped us with everything. Overall we had a great stay and we felt at home.

Nice and big apartment. Quiet area. Around 18 minutes walk to old town.

A little cold in the winter - you need to leave the air conditioner permanently open in order to be warmer. Advice for the owner - Better buy an electric heating convector - it's cheaper and more efficient. Parking - they have only 2 spaces. So, if you need private parking and those 2 spaces are already occupied, you need to pay 10 eur/day. What was annoying is that they first told me that parking is on the street (it's free but very hard to find empty spaces) or paid private parking, nothing about free private parking. After I told them that on booking.com it's written free private parking they came with the information that they have only 2 parking spaces and 7 apartments, and somebody already booked the spaces, etc.

It is in a very nice location, just a breath away from nice restaurants and the centre of town. The apartment is vary spacious and has all amenities needed for a small or longer stay. An extra is the underground closed parking space. 10 points goes to Zlatko 😉 who was more than helpful in every aspect

100% satisfying stay, I would book again when I am in gorgeous Skopje!

I liked that the host felt very easygoing and in a relaxed manner got everything from his part done, without spending more time than it's necessary on all of that before we go in the apartment. They are available on the phone I can say 24/7 for any issue (if it happens). Check out is easy and meets needs, and location is super pleasing and alive around. So many good things to walk and experience while staying there! It has the Skopje feeling as it should be felt and everything feels so good, that you wish that it was your home!

Price compared with everything else and around (lowering prices) could be cheaper for those dates/months.

Great emotions in great place!

The bilding is new. There is a parking in -1 floor and that is great! The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equiped. The apartment has really in very good location - next to sightseens, shops, bakeries, restaurant, sports hall, zoo. The host was very polite.
