Very unpleasant.

The apartment is very central. It is a very spacious apartment. The owner was available all the time and tried his best.

When we arrived, the apartment was extremely dirty — there were cups on the floor, hair, dust, empty toiletries, and the shower cabin was broken. We asked for a new cleaning, but only some of the garbage was removed and the floor was lightly mopped. On the third day, a worker came to replace the shower cabin, which meant we had to interrupt our vacation to let him in. While the new cabin was installed, the smell of silicone lingered for the rest of the weekend, and the shower still was moldy and unclean. The blankets also had no cover sheets. The condition of the apartment made it unpleasant to stay. It’s a pity, because with a deep cleaning and a bit of care, this apartment could be an awesome place to stay

My strong recommendation for staying in Skopje.

In a wonderful location near center of Skopje I enjoyed a warm welcome in a great apartment and by a very helpful host. I was looking for a place near Skopje Zoo, to visit it with my children, and close enough to all attractions in beautiful Skopje, and Urban Stay exceeded our needs. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully functional kitchen and a great Wi-Fi only for us! Host in a matter of few seconds answered every question we had during our stay, gave great advice where should we go to eat, and asked us is everything OK first thing in the morning when we woke up. Definitely will first try there if we go through Skopje again!

Horrible and dirty

The location is okay.

The apartment and the host are absolutely disgusting. Here are some reasons: The apartment is dirty, there are stains on pillows and bed linen, probably they are not washed. One duvet had no duvet cover. Bathroom stinks, there is mould everywhere and the shower tray is broken. Everything in the kitchen is dirty, there were no glasses. One power socket has given us an electric shock and destroyed the mobile phone charging cable. The beds are very hard and old. Check-In complicated, no key box. The host doesn't speak english. You can only pay by cash. Parking costs extra. We went to the ATM, he couldn't give us the change and told us we would get it back on the next day. We didn't. After we asked for the cash, we did an appointment, he didn't show up. At the check out he finally gave us the change. He also didn't inform us about the door code, an other resident helped us for luck. Never had such a bad stay via Booking.

Wonderful stay in Skopje! Igor was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful—he even shared great restaurant recommendations. The apartment was modern, clean, and spacious, with everything we needed—including a washing machine, which was perfect for our longer trip. Great location, close to attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend!

The bathroom smelled as the dirty mop was kept there. Wires were protruding from the walls and ceiling. Attention to detail in cleaning was lacking. With a little bit more care it would be a fantastic place to stay, but most things were overlooked and not taken care of.

Die Unterkunft war dreckig. Die Ausstattung zum Teil defekt. Nach der Abreise wurden kostenfreie Übernachtung für eine gute Bewertung angeboten. Als ich dies abgelehnt habe, wurde ich persönlich Beleidigt!

Ev fotograftaki gibi büyüktü. 2 tek bir çift kişilik oda vardı. Onun dışında herşey kötüydü

Sitede verilen konum tam değildi bu yüzden buluşmak zor oldu. Ev sahibi ile buluştuk ancak yanımda 7-8 dk telefonla konuştu. Boş boş bekledim. Ücreti elden aldığı için 108,44 Euroyu konaklama ücretini 110 Euro'ya yuvarladı, para üstünü düşük bir kurdan ve eksik ödedi. İtiraz etmeme rağmen birşeyler geveleyip geçiştirdi çünkü İngilizce de bilmiyordu. Bu yüzden güvensiz buldum. Banyo temizliği kötüydü ve duşakabin zemini kırıktı, eski kullanılmış sabunlar ve diğer kullanılmış kişisel kozmetik ürünler vardı. Check out saatini önceden kararlaştırmamıza rağmen 10-12 dk geç geldi. Tavsiye etmiyorum

Perfektan boravak

Odlična lokacija. Sve je blizu. Stan je zaista veliki i moderan sa tri spavaće sobe i jednim kupatilom i jednim wc-om. Ima lepu terasu. Wifi internet je odlican. Možete parkirati automobil ispred zgrade i nadgledati ga sa prozora. Vlasnik je predusretljiv i od pomoći u svakoj situaciji. Sigurno ćemo opet odsesti u ovom apartmanu kada budemo dolazili u Skoplje.

Salonda kedi çişi kokusu vardı , yerler pisti temizlik yapılmamıştı tiksinerek kaldım bir haftalık seyahatimde kaldığım en kötü yerdi havasızdı , bir odanın ve tuvaletin ışığı yanmıyordu. Odamda pet şişeler duruyordu.

Красивая квартира, очень чисто, есть все необходимое, очень удачно расположена относительно центра города. Рядом пекарни, кофейни, гриль «Фонтана». У квартиры прекрасный хозяин, который всегда на связи и готов приехать в любую минуту, если понадобится помощь. Когда я приехала поздно вечером, он уже ждал у дверей. В квартире есть вся необходимая техника - стиральная и посудомоечные машины, кофе машина, аэрогриль, чайник, посуда. Для меня одной квартира была великовата, но я рада, что выбрала именно ее, так как гостиная с кожаными диванами и круглым столом была просто восхитительна. Думаю, что для компании или семьи с детьми она идеально подходит, учитывая наличие второго туалета) Из квартиры есть выход на небольшую террасу со столом и креслами) Я была в достаточно прохладное время года, но кондиционер прекрасно работает в режиме «тепло», так что проблем не было. Желаю Игорю дальнейшего процветания и адекватных гостей)
