Perfect place for weekend stay

Gave me the wrong apartment which was old and not clean.. was let down!

Kristina was helpful at first by giving information; however, i was disappointed as i did not receive what i had booked.

When we arrived, the apartment was not the one we booked. Our booked apartment was modern, but the one we received was very old and did not look very clean. The host couldn’t resolve the issue because our apartment had been given to another family, and we ended up having to book a different accommodation, as we had 2 bookings with Tina Apartments. The neighborhood felt very sketchy, and the lift is extremely old and dangerous (similar to the one in the picture); we couldn’t use the stairs with six hand luggages to reach the 7th floor. Very frustrating experience, and she only gave us a small discount for a one-night stay of 85 euros, which wasn't even in our apartment that we had booked.

Wonderful hosts

A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful family who made sure we were all accommodated by providing two apartments for us. They even arranged parking for our car, which was such a thoughtful detail. We are truly grateful for their warm hospitality and care.

Tina was an excellent host and the apartment was very well equipped. We let Tina book the taxi and the driver let us into the apartment, he also showed us the minimarket and he's number one favorite local restaurant in Skopje, D-M DEBAR MAALO, all just around the corner.

Awesome apartment in Skopje

Awesome apartment near the city center to host groups of 4 or 5 (we were in 5). The host was very helpful and advised us about restaurants, bars and helped us to find a transfer from/to the airport at a good price. The apartment is very spacious and had all necessary furniture at a very valuable quality/price ratio.

The property was beautiful presented. it was modern, clean and tidy. It comes highly recommend.

The lift to the property is right and narrow. The stairs to the property require better (automated) lighting

Owner is polite, helpful, great communication. Room was clean.

Location is bad described in Booking announcement. There is no parking place included, although only if you have luck to find one around the building. Water heater was broken, so we couldn't use hot water. Because we lost a lot of time trying to find a parking and at start there was issue in bathroom, we decide to cancel stay.

Pleasant enough, though bathrooms need attention

The property wasn’t the one I had selected in the pictures but it had an additional bedroom which was useful. The apartment was bright and airy and felt spacious. Comms was helpful prior to staying and when we got there, less so around checking out.

On entering the property it smelt of smoke. it was superficially clean with one bathroom looking like it hadn’t been cleaned. Both had gunk and hair all around the groves of the shower. This bathroom also leaked under the shower so we didn’t use that shower. The sheets were not cotton and were a shiny polyester material with a mattress protector that moved around a lot underneath. it was quite noisy at night on one side as there is a caged basketball / sports area that a lot of people hang out at. The bins are also in this area which get emptied every night around midnight.

Room was big, light, equiped with nice furniture. Owners are very pleasant, and helpful for every situation

The blankets had an unpleasant smell, but owners are replaced them on our request. We had an unpleasant situation when leaving the accommodation, when the owners thought we had taken the blankets, but after the conversation it turned out to be a misunderstanding

Very welcoming and owner who even drove to meet us and show us the way when our GPS wasn't working. Comfortable and clean apartment with everything we needed. Great location in the centre.

Tina is the equivalent of Guide Michellin

Tina and the team are amaizing. In a hot Sunday , they moved very fast in order to collect the property keys. But , the most surprising was that , before our arrival, we received messages from Tina whit what to do and what to see in Skopje an arround. We visited before Skopje , many times, and , for Tina's recomandations you need stay at least one week.
