Michael the owner is very accommodating and helpful with my queries. Everything about the place was excellent ! I can't find anything to complain about. The entire surroundings is very peaceful and such a pleasure to see. I could just stay there and not go anywhere else.
Nothing! Everything is excellent. The owner is very accommodating taking his time to show me around his farm and be able to meet and pet some of the horses in his stable. All the amenities are spotlessly clean and the Shepherds Hut which I stayed is very cozy and comfortable. The added bonus is that the whole area is such beautiful! Everywhere you look is magnificent!

The owners were friendly and very helpful. The site was small but beautifully maintained. The Shepherds hut and associated shower room were clean, bright and stylish. I stayed two nights during Storm Amy and whilst the hut was definitely buffered, I felt safe and very cosy. The setting was lovely - farm with sheep and horses. I am sure that there would be plenty of wildlife out and about too under normal weather conditions. I did spot a young badger snuffling about on one of the farm roads late one evening, when the wind and rain had died down. It was lovely to see.
I can’t say that I disliked anything. My suggestions would be to have one or two microwaveable containers in the kitchen to warm up/ cook food (I happened to have a couple with me so it wasn’t an issue for me) and perhaps some information in the welcome pack about walks from and around the farm.

The setting was amazing. Chilled vibe and great views. Toilet /shower facilities were amazing.
Maybe could do with a mirror in Shepard’s hut

Beautifully furnished, very comfy bed with great facilities. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful.
I really liked the private bathroom cabins each with your own shower and toilet, true Glamping in style.
The most idyllic location and having the sheep and ponies outside was so lovely to wake up to.
Loved everything.

The view was idyllic on wonderful and typical scottish countryside with sheep grazing and well attended horses.
We had lovely breakfasts in the rising sun as our tent was orientated south-east.
Lynn and Michael were always very friendly and helpful.
Perhaps an extra little table and a few more coat hangers in the sanitary cabin would be helpful.

The location and the general experience
The size of the sink in the bathroom, could benefit with a small sink in the hut

I was greeted by the owner who was incredibly helpful, approachable and friendly, I felt very welcome! The facilities were exceptional, everything was really clean, comfortable and perfect for my stay! I will definitley be booking here again when I'm back in the area for work!
There was absolutely nothing I didn't like! The only addition that would have made the accomodation a tiny bit better, would have been bug screens on the opening windows and a slightly better bug screen on the main door, just to prevent being eaten by the notorious Scottish mozzies in the night!

Fantastic place to stay, we loved every part of our stay so a massive thank you. The pod is bigger than we expected which was nice and it was super super clean, the separate bathroom again was big and lovely designed. The front of the pods were private from the others and it was so peaceful listening to the birds and having a fantastic view over the hills and the view of the horses. The hosts were extremely welcoming and we even got a tour of the farm along with a brilliant recommendation for food places to eat. Brilliant hosts and brilliant location with 30 mins into the centre/10 mins to the train station. Highly recommend.

A warm welcome right from the start. Beautiful views and so peaceful. Incredible value for money. We were very surprised by the facilities. You are allocated your own private bathroom with a brilliant shower. There is a shared kitchen space with everything you need for washing up and your own allocated space in the fridge. Beautiful cups and plates in your hut and kettle with a selection of instant coffees and teas. Only a 10mins to drive to a train station that takes you straight to Waverley Edinburgh which pops you out at the heart of where you need to be. My 2 year old would have loved here permanently. Just lovely.

Lynn met us on arrival and showed us around, brought us to our tent and showed us the facilities. Spotless clean, great oil heater for night time use. The bathrooms were great with decent showers, clean towels....the shared kitchen was perfect with a fridge and microwave.
There was nothing to dislike.....only comment a slightly bigger duvet cover for the bed...everything else was spot on..

We had difficulty in finding the farm as we were having trouble with the sat nav. The camping area was well arranged over looking the paddocks where some of the horses grazed. The only sounds were from the animals and the birds. The closest village Roslin had Dolly’s cafe for breakfast, Rosslyn Chapel for history and a number of places for food. A short travel to Straiton for park and ride, or Gorebridge station for train into Edinburgh with free parking at both. All the facilities were very good and spotlessly clean.

The facilities were great and had everthing I needed.
I was made to feel very welcome, and the host was fantastic in accommodating my late arrival and guiding me with directions.
All in all a wonderful stay with wonderful hosts.
Thank you

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Roslin Glamping. A lovely, comfortable and spacious tent in a beautiful setting not far from Edinburgh! Michael is a most friendly and accommodating host; he even put an extra small bed in the tent so our granddaughter could sleep over with us for one night.
All good!

Everything. The whole experience was superb. The hosts were amazing. The facilities were fantastic. The exclusive shower and toilet was of an exceptional standard. Tent and furnishings were amazing. Our 9 year old granddaughter had the time of her life. Located on a working farm and livery stable, meant she got to see lambs and horses up close. Luxury camping at its finest.
There was nothing to dislike.

Facilities were fantastic for a glamping location and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be retuning.
Possibly a 4 way electrical extension lead would be handy in the tent, but it’s a very minor point.

Space was very comfortable, quiet and clean. I had everything I needed and was within 30 mins of Edinburgh City centre.
Nothing, even the weather was fantastic.

Wonderful place to stay, the best parts of camping but without all the agro. It was clean and a beautiful space. Felt very cosy and homely. Would recommend to anyone, even my camping hating husband loved it! We stayed as a family with two young boys who enjoyed the experience and the farm was wonderful, they got to meet the sheep and horses. Stayed for 3 nights but wished we had booked 1-2 more nights.
Would like a few more kitchen facilities such as a large bowl to use in the microwave, a few more plates and cutlery for serving but didn't matter too much.
