The property very much exceeded the expectations I had after reading the poor reviews. The place was clean and comfortable. The TV has Netflix and Youtube. The furnishings are a little dated and basic and but this did not impact our stay in the slightest. The view from the livingroom is great.
The place is accessible. Two buses into the city centre, that take only 20 minutes and are very regular, can be taken from right outside the door. The host was very helpful when I couldn't work out how to use the heating, which was simple, I just couldn't find the thermostat. They also provided tea, coffee, sugar and shower gel.
Check in is simple with a lockbox outside the property, the host contacted me on the day with the code.
Overall, I think the property doesn't warrant the poor reviews and is great value for money if you're happy with a 20 minute bus ride into town.

Plenty of space, very comfortable! There Is also a nice and relaxing view on a green grass from living room.
Some more pots and pans could be useful for cooking
