The location was about a 30-minute bus ride from the city center, but the bus stop was very close, and it was nice being within walking distance of the Portobello area. The host was delightful and provided helpful recommendations for how to spend my time in Edinburgh. The accommodations were pleasant and well-appointed.
The bed was not particularly comfortable, but I slept fine, so I guess it could've been much worse.

Was absolutely delightful especially after my last experience in a hotel in Edinburgh. Clean, comfortable and host couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.
Cannot say anything bad about property.
