The room was amazing everything we needed was in there.
Great property, bus stop was right outside the house that took you straight into Edinburgh. Very quick reply’s off the owner when messaged with questions. Would stay again and would 100% recommend.

The bus stop was right outside taking you straight to the centre., £2.40 one way, so more economical than staying in the centre and the buses run all evening. The room was finished to a good standard and was comfortable, with a kettle, microwave, fridge. A code was available to view Netflix.
Although operating as a guest house, it was just a room (with a lockable door) in a large new build house. We did not see the owner, or any other guests in the 4 days we were there. It was our responsibility to lock the front door and felt a little unsure if others were doing the same, however this was a small thing and didn’t create any problems.

It’s clean and the room is of good size. It’s also just one minute walk to the bus stops and around 30-40 mins bus ride to the town.
