City Escape

The booking for City Escape was made to facilitate our first adventure to the Military Tattoo. The accommodation was a bedroom in an apartment with shared living/dining/kitchen area and situated about a 20 minute bus ride from the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle. This suited our needs perfectly. Bus routes to the City are very close by and frequent. The apartment was clean and tidy and overlooked a local park. Shops are within easy walking distance. Parking is free unlike many hotels these days who love to charge extra even if you're staying for a few days. Altogether a very enjoyable stay and would be happy to return if we ever go back to the City.

The only drawback is that there are few eating establishments close by although the local chippy was very good. This was of little concern to us as we ate in the City centre.

Ça serait bien de mettre duthe à disposition. En plus du cafe et de pouvoir se servir de la cuisine car je crois qu on ne peut pas Il y a qd même accès au frigo et à une bouilloire l evier...
