Had an amazing time sea views are ace.

Owners were helpful .Location, views, and layout of the accommodation was amazing. Towels, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, Microwave, fridge freezer, multiple tvs, washer, and tumble dryer were really helpful. Nice selection of game and some children's toys. Breakfast bar was lovely and table and chairs. Balcony was lovely and Floor coving good. Oven grill all good. Could do with a whisk. Allowed to arrive after 2pm was great. Off street parking was a pleasure.

Needs more cooking dishes. Like microwave dishes, measuring jug (Was provided when asked). The main large pan is aluminium, and Hob doesn't recognise it, nor did our pancake pan we went to buy. Little choice in glasses, but we brought some and left them there. Heating In open plan living area and middle dedroom was not working. No heating on for our arrival. They said it was working that morning. But not now. we arrived at 2pm. We had the use of 2 portable heaters not amazing but ok. Apartment Damp and drafty needs some tlc. big cracks around door frames and wardrob. Anything on the flour became very smelly and damp. Mid room wardrobe very smelly. The security door on the balcony didn't lock. So banged in wind. The main sofa is extreamy uncomfortable and needs replacing. Bed ok that's just personal choice. We didn't have problems but very steep driveway take care. On hill so walking could be hard. great location.

Fantastic view of Torbay and generally very well equipped. Good communication from the owner prior to visit.

The parking is dreadful with a very sharp slope and and awful ridge at the entrance to the property. On entering I went very carefully and slowly over the pavement boundary to the steep slope. The angle was so sharp the under carriage scrapped badly. On leaving the following day the slope caused my wheels to spin and I could only get up it after several failed attempts. The second encounter at the road boundary causes serious damage to my car which will require an expensive repair. Parking on the road was also not suitable due to fall rock warnings and being totally full. I ended up in a public car park a 15 minute walk away down near the sea. NO WARNING was given prior to our visit about the unstable parking arrangements at the property. The electric heater in the lounge failed after two days with what seemed to be a faulty wall connection. We tried but failed to contact the owner using the Booking.com app. There was no shower mat available and the only safe way to shower was to use a hand towel to prevent slipping. All in all too many problems to enjoy our break. The property should warn guests about the difficult parking, steep slope and need to bring a shower mat.

A lovely clean apartment. Awesome views. Very comfortable beds.

Fantastic view over the bay. Walking distance of the waterfront and Abbey Park, either by direct route of 100+ steps (next to the apartment block), or via road/pavement (fairly steep hill). We had our elderly father with us, so parked down on the sea front. Not an issue.

No major complaints. Suggested minor improvements: 1) hooks on the doors of the bathrooms, to hang clothes when removed, or to hang wet towels (not enough room on towel rail). 2) soap dish in the shower in family bathroom. 3) a door which can be closed but still opened from the balcony off the living room. 4) enough chairs for use on the same balcony (2 were broken). We took one from the other balcony as we needed 3 in total.

Getting into the parking space was challenging and could be difficult for some cars/drivers. We had to empty the entire vehicle to stop it grounding out on entering the property. Once accessed down the steep slope the parking space was good.

January break overlooking the sea was uplifting

Expansive View over Torbay from living/dining room. Having a balcony to soak in the winter sun. Airy and Spacious. Coffee machine and capsules.experiencing the outside from the viewpoint indoors- from dawn to night and the light show along the bay

Ramp down was a bit daunting.saucepans were a little tired. Sound from the tv hard for old ears to make out clearly what was being said.

Good comfortable apartment with great views

All three bedrooms are a really good size, the showers are very powerful, everything feels clean and welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'd expect and the combo of dinning table and breakfast bar seating makes the place feel a little bigger. The views are spectacular especially during New Years for anyone wanting to enjoy the various fireworks going off around the bay.

As others have said, parking is a fun experience. A steep drive with a tight narrow parking area. Won't suit people with lowered cars or limousines. Also if Torquay has a yellow weather warning for wind, the Master bedroom and living room can be quite noisy, so pack ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. The 134 steps down to the seafront from the road the apartment is on - you can walk around instead if need be.

You couldn't get a better view, a perfect location to unwind

Sitting on the balcony overlooking the sea was beautiful. The apartment had everything you could possibly need, really well furnished, to a high standard. Easy location to bars and restaurants and lovely parks near for a picnic.

Not a criticism, but a recommendation to pop another chair on the balcony. We were able to use one of the kitchen chairs but another outside chair would have been great.

We had a great stay

The view was beautiful. Beds comfy. Really good kitchen. Tvs all had smart apps. Kids loved it also and we had a lovely stay.

Loved that there was tea and coffee making facilities, but some milk left would of made this even better, as I didn't think to bring it and the shop wasn't that close in the rain. This isnt a criticism though, as not many places do, just an idea to go with the things there.

Everything you could wish for, so comfortable and very well appointed. The welcome gifts were unexpected and appreciated - a touch of class from the owners which made our stay even more special. Thoroughly recommended.

We didn’t use the allocated parking space as the driveway was very steep, however free parking is available nearby on the quiet main road.

The lovliest of flats with a great view from its balcony of Torquay Beach. Very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.

One thing only, steep steps up, most times went by road. Unfortunate that parking access was steep, nothing anyone could do about that, no problem as we had a 4-wheel drive vehicle

Good location with wonderful views. Beautiful apartment. 3 double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom. Lovely to sit out on the balcony and take in the view. Lovely decor.

The view was beautiful, the facilities were extensive and stocked, and the beds were very comfy. The design and decor of the apartment were clean, refined and elegant.

We had to phone the host to gain initial access to the apartment, as well as the WiFi, instead of instructions to which being readily available.
