Loveliest Homes Torquay - 3 bed, 2 bathroom, balcony, parking

The Apartment was fab, really spacious, Kitchen Island was great, the balcony was bigger than you think, the view was spectacular overall clean and comfotable. Great comunication with Host, who we didn't meet but she seemed really nice from our communications and accomodating with our Special Needs familiy members. We had front row seats of the airshow which we had coincided with visiting family who live in Torquay.

My Son is Special Needs and he found the hight of the Apartment difficult and would not go onto the balcony. My younger Son who is also Special Needs didn't like the hight but once sat on the balcony chair he was able to enjoy it. The hill is steep if you walk up and down to the Seafront so mobility can be difficult, take breathers. The entrance to the Apartment parking space was easier coming in from the right handside but be prepared for the first hump, I couldn't see anything past my bonnet including the low walls except the sea, I got my partner to direct me a little but he had to be brave and trust my car control . We have a Kuga so it cleared the top no problem because it has good ground clearance and its an automatic with help on steep slopes. I also turned round and backed into the space to get out easier once everyone has parked. Leaving the space I got my partner to go to the top, he could then stop any traffic so I could get out in one go and not have to stop at the top. Once you have done the in and out once its not so frightning. Other than that all good.

Perfect location with stunning view. So spacious and comfortable with everything you need. Stayed for a weekend with friends and I will definitely be back again with with friends and family.

The parking is a little tricky as it’s a steep hill in and out but there is plenty of roadside parking that is right outside the property
