I enjoyed my stay at Grace Residences in Taguig City. The location is excellent, with plenty of great food options nearby, even though breakfast wasn’t included. The pool area was decent and a nice spot to relax, although it could get a bit busy at times. My primary concern was the apartment’s poor insulation—I could hear my neighbours’ activities, which affected the overall comfort.
Overall, Grace Residences is a convenient place to stay, offering easy access to amenities; however, soundproofing could be improved.

Location. It was a great place to where I would like to go
The property was passable however the hosting was not acceptable. I managed to communicate with the host on the first few days however when I requested for rugs and asked how to turn on the TV, I didn’t get any response not until the last night of my stay.
I stayed for 10 nights. I wasn’t offered any services like cleaning as the property doesn’t have any cleaning materials that I could use.
