The unit is clean, the staffs are hands on, the price for a 2 nights stay is also affordable, wifi is strong for a WFH set up, overall nice accomodation for a budget price.

on the day of check-in, i was already given instructions on how to access the facilities. upon walking in, the unit was clean and had all the basic appliances. the hosts were also very accommodating and answered all of my questions and queries.
the area is also great—it's not too far from bgc and it has a 7-eleven within the neighborhood. the only very minor downside is that because the area is residential, they close off the roads which made it sometimes difficult when booking a grab or moveit.
note: please take note of the address because there is another canopy in the same neighborhood.

Be prepared for roaches and lots of them especially in room 603. I'm surprised they didn't put it in the description that you would be roommates with roaches since it's a bad roach infestation . I saw small ones in the bathroom going onto the toilet tissue. I did not use it or touch any of their towels, luckily I had my own. So if you use towels or toilet paper especially you will have roach residue on your body. Saw them climbing on walls, hanging out in the bathroom on the walls as well. The place is nasty. Also the pictures of the room is when it was new probably because the room has wear and tear and stained up. It's to collect a check obviously because this room should not be advertised. It's a roach infestation really bad I seen around 12 roaches in one day active and alive a few. (Side Note: Also, if you are a Black person, please be careful around the kids next to this building/ and or down the street. I was haggled really badly and chased for not giving them money and my snacks, and I was repeatedly subjected to severe anti-Black racial slurs. I have the entire encounters on tape.)
