    I had a last minute changes of dates and It was still a smooth process. The check in was fast even thought it was in the middle of the might already. The facilities are good, the laundry room is very helpful during our trip. The staffs are always smiling and very helpful too. There was one small cockroach at our room. But I guess that was unavoidable in the Philippines

    they're allowing more than 10 people (booked a room for 2) to have pool access. Im sure not everyones staying in the facility. From the looks of it, they were relatives of one of the staff hence, the access to the pool. The pool was filthy because of them. Overall room was clean but the pool that was supposedly a place to unwind, was dirty and overcrowded because of this. Hope ONLY booked clients can have access to the pool.

    15min walk to Buendia MRT station but the pedestrian lane is not for human but for dogs. So dangerous to walk along EDSA even though it’s 2026. You have to grab a grab which is ridiculously expensive for an average worker. There are no nearby decent food shops and stores as it’s serving typical residential locals. The wifi password is coldbeerhere but ironically there wasn’t any. The A/C is so loud and the outlets are cheaply made but the bed surprisingly is very comfortable and most items inside are IKEAs. Not bad for the price but the location is a struggle especially during the rain.

    It's really small. Just for a traveller who wanted to go out. The toilet is small and smelly. the sink is rusty
