Overall maganda po. Ung cleanliness padevelop po sana specially sa pool area. Then walang elevator nakakapagod. Pero overall okay worthit ang pera. Mababait ang staff and maganda location malapit sa lahat

You get what you pay for = Don't expect luxurious facilities. Water drainage is not working well. I have to pause every few minutes because the water is not going to the drain right away. The bed sheet has some discoloration. Please provide coffee cups. Clean the water kettle.

The staff assisted us right away with parking, which we really appreciated.
However, there were quite a few things that could be improved.
When we discussed about security deposit, we were advised that we could have it withdrawn at the nearest 7-Eleven and that it was within walking distance. We trusted the staff’s advice, but it turned out to be almost an hour’s walk! 😂 It would have been better to provide more accurate directions or recommend a closer option.
Also, when they gave us the room key, that was when we were informed that the elevators were not working. It would have been better to let us know beforehand, especially since we had to use the stairs with our things.
When we entered the room, there was also a noticeable stuffy/musty smell, almost like the room had been closed up for a while.
Thankfully, the smell gradually went away after around 30 minutes of staying in the room. Still, it was a bit off-putting.
On the positive side, the room had useful amenities like a kettle and plenty of power outlets. The Smart TV was also a nice touch, and the internet was moderately fast. They also have great amenities, including a rooftop deck and swimming pool. 👏
However, the rooftop area definitely needs some attention. It looks somewhat abandoned and doesn't really match the photos anymore, particularly the cleanliness of the floor/deck area.
Another major issue during our stay was the maintenance work being done next to our room. The noise was quite loud and made it difficult for us to rest. It would have been better if we had been informed beforehand or if the maintenance work had been scheduled at less disruptive hours.
Overall, I’d rate the experience around 2.5/5. The location is nice and convenient, and the property has good potential, but considering the price, there are still quite a lot of areas that need improvement. With better communication, cleanliness, maintenance, and attention to the amenities, the overall experience could be much better.
