I had a great stay overall. The studio was a decent size and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were all pleasant, friendly, and very helpful throughout my visit. The location is also a big plus, it’s conveniently close to both BGC and Makati, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely book this place again on my next trip.

Situated in a somewhat densed residential area, not a gated community. It felt safe enough to walk around during daytime if going to BGC. The room interior is basic and is ideal for solo travelers/backpackers who travel light as there’s not much space to put stuff away. All fixtures were from IKEA. Kitchenette is equipped with the basics. There is an open style wardrobe, comfy single pullout bed convertible to double bed, comfy pillows, bedding’s and bath towels that feels properly cleaned. The bathroom is decent size & appears clean but it had musty smell. Awkward toilet placement that faces the kitchenette directly. The AC is super noisy akin to a jet engine especially if you put it on blast which still doesn’t feel cold enough. Gym is super limited & doubles like a sauna for how hot it is despite the lone AC. Hardly any air ventilation and equipments are like Temu quality & not meant for intense workout. Wifi tends to kick you out if you are using multiple devices but works well most of the time. Pool is more like a wading pool. In-house laundry facilities is limited. Staff are helpful, polite & cheerful. My request for a quiet room was accommodated prior to check-in. Overall, for the price paid, I think the place is more suited for overnight / day use stay. If one can spare a few more $$, Airbnb in a condo might be a better choice. Nevertheless, still a decent one-off experience.
