    It's a very nice place to stay easy to locate, and worth the money, it's near to the bank, walking distance to the Fast food like Jollibee near in some Convinient store and as well as staff and owner are very accommodating and nice. Room are clean and tidy and it's peaceful.

    The place is conveniently located and accessible to various areas, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room temperature was comfortable for me, and the bed was okay as well. However, there were several issues that affected my overall experience. The check-in time was 2:00 PM PHT, but when I was about to check in, the owner informed me that check-in would be delayed by an hour due to the bad weather, as they were unable to clean the room on time. However, this was not communicated to me ahead of time, which would have allowed me to adjust my plans accordingly. The balcony was also quite dirty. In addition, the water heater was not working, and there were no complimentary shampoo, conditioner, or body wash provided. There was also no water dispenser. Considering that this is a condotel, I believe these are basic essentials that should be provided, or at least clearly communicated to guests beforehand.
