For the price, I’d say the hotel is good value for money. The location is relatively near BGC, which is convenient, but don’t expect it to be walking distance to Uptown Mall. The “near Uptown” name is a bit misleading in that sense. My biggest issue was the aircon. It was really noisy, and as a light sleeper, I couldn’t sleep with it running. I ended up turning it off just so I could get some sleep. The shower heater also wasn’t heating properly. Luckily, I was already sweating from having the AC off, so it wasn’t a huge problem. The cleaning staff were also quite noisy. They would bang on doors and sing loudly in the hallway, which was pretty disturbing when I was trying to sleep. There was also a leak under the sink that needs to be fixed. Overall, it’s a decent budget option and the price is reasonable, but I hope they can address these maintenance and noise issues to make the stay more comfortable.

The receptionist who duty in the morning is so rude, i arrived there afternoon i went straight to the reception she didn't even bother to get up and greet or ask what she can help me with. I book an accommodation because I'm sick and was figuring out if it's because of my apartment and this is the nearest place i could find, I'm glad manong who i think is a housekeeper asked me and i showed my booking, the receptionist girl is very unprofessional all she do is watch video on her phone and play mobile legends despite there'sa customer there. I showed her my booking and she didn't even bother to look at my screen and just ask my name and ask me to spell it out?!! They don't also allow food delivery to be left on the reception even though the evening receptionist allowed it, like hello? I cannot just run down on the stairs to get my order because they don't have elevator. And when she check and confirm my reservation she gave kuya manong the key to prepare the unit so i waited there, i was just standing waiting while she's playing mobile legends still on her phone like wth and when kuya manong called the landline saying it's ready she just told me it's ready didn't even told me where to go or which way is the entrance. And on the morning next day i kept calling the phone but no one is answering because they have a menu to order food and it says there to press 0 to order and so i did, i thought it was broken or something but i can hear the line is ringing, the day of my check out the receptionist same person called! And reminded me of the time for check out like???? So you know how to use the phone huh she just chooses not to pick up. Same thing happened during check out still playing mobile legends and when I'm trying to claim my id i told her it's on the bottom because i saw it already and so i can get out and remove her out of my sight already because i was pissed off but she didn't listen and still checking the id one by one, mind you there's 20+ ids there.
