Great location. Host was lovely and makes sure that everything was okay. Really clean place and has everything you need. Has a parking spot too.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the perfect size for 2 people. Although it was located on a main road it was very quiet. We could walk into Newquay which took 20 minutes rather than sitting in traffic. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot and powerful and we liked the outside space. The communication from Sophia was excellent.
There was nothing we didn't like. As a suggestion a small 'Salt Box this way' sign would be helpful on the corner of the left side of the house at the path entrance.

The property is in a great location and has everything you could need. It is also very quiet even though it is on the road into Newquay
