We had a fabulous holiday

Lovely quite house, peaceful and comfortable sleep, easy driveway parking, lovely beach 15 mins walk away. Bus stop 50 yards away direct to Newquay bus station 3 - 4 busses an hour - We also caught the bus to Truro from the local stop too, £5 return, a bargain. Sophia our host next door just let us get on with our holiday but was there if we needed her.

Clean, tidy, very good facilities. Easy access and host was excellent! Directly on bus route so getting around without having to take the car was really easy and cheap.

Value for money apartment, modern, well appointed ,clean, comfortable and well situated from town

Excellent communication prior to arrival. Written instructions and someone available on site should we need them. The "light touch" offer of assistance whilst respecting our privacy. Pleasant decor applied to a comfortable apartment, which was well appointed with everything you require for a comfortable stay. Close to amenities should you need them, but far enough away to ensure a quiet and trouble free stay. Clean, modern furniture with good tv and music player. Kitchen appliances easy to use. Access and carparking excellent. We recommend to all, and will use Salt Box again

Overall, very happy and would like to return!

It was very clean. Lovely to have a washing machine too. Ironically one of the things we liked most was opening the kitchen cupboard and finding items such as tea, sugar, coffee, ketchup ect. Very convenient as it’s annoying buying packets of these things for a two day trip! We forgot beach towels and Sophia very kindly brought round beach towels for us within minutes of me messaging to ask. There were many little touches that you wouldn’t really think of needing (but we’re grateful for!) such as a recycling box, laundry basket/bucket to wash sand off clothes before machine washing, hdmi cable for the telly ect. Despite being attached to the house the annex felt very private with our own garden area, side entrance and key safe. Ideal location and parking couldn’t be more convenient. Coop and petrol station just across the road was great!

There was nothing to dislike! If we really had to comment, it would be nice to have a beanbag or some kind of foot rest to make the sofa area extra comfy. The sofa was lovely to sit on and the huge blanket and cushions made the atmosphere very snuggly so a footrest would add to this. But this is a very petty suggestion for feedbacks sake as we really couldn’t find a fault.

This annex had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Perfect place to unwind after a long day surfing/at the beach! There's a full kitchen with everything you need, a little table and chairs to eat dinner from and a tele with lots of channels. The shower was lush. A lovely rainfall shower and nice and hot! Bedroom was perfect to sleep in and has a little wardrobe area behind the door. I loved the little patio and all its greenery. The hosts were so friendly and checked in from time to time to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall a great little base, close to local amenities, close to lots of gorgeous beaches and very comfortable!

What an amazing little place, well looked after and in a great location. 👍

I haven't got enough words to say the positives about this place. Had such and amazing time, and the domino's driver managed to find us too 😀 The location was amazing, the feel and decor of the place was wonderful and it was so quiet. The staff were lovely and we really enjoyed the lateish checkout time (11am).

The only negative was that there were no curtains/blinds in the front room, meaning people could see in... especially when the bathroom was off the living room. But, please don't be put off by this as its a cracking place.
