Perfect caravan that felt like home, the best stay we could have wished for (the dogs had the time of her life too!)

From the point of booking Steve and Fiona have made the whole experience great. Arrival was seamless, and once we got inside the caravan everything was absolutely spotless and better than we could have imagined. We were kindly left some milk and biscuits which were a godsend as we had left ours at home and arrived late at night! The heating in the caravan was great, the bed was one of the comfiest we have ever slept in and my husband is very upset to have left the extremely powerful shower behind! The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed and the balcony was enclosed meaning the dog was safe and sound all of the time we were on the site. There is a small shop on site and whilst the beach isn’t walkable, it is only 5 minutes drive to Watergate Bay and 15-20 to Newquay town beaches We could not have wished for a more perfect stay and we are already looking at booking for next year!! Thank you so much

Fabulous 😀

The caravan was immaculate, fresh and modern. It had all the things you need for a comfortable stay, Central heating and a powerful shower was great! There was also a hairdryer. We found the bed very comfortable. Great location, we visited many places with our pooch. Great Hosts who even left us milk and a packet of biscuits on arrival.

Fantastic Location

Great caravan in a lovely setting, close to Porth beach, Newquay town and Wayergate Bay.

It is only a minor point but the bed pillows and mattress were too soft for us. This is based on personal preference and choice, which we appreciate may not be the same for others.

Was quite a trek to beach, down a big hill so was steep coming back up again, was ok for just a walk but not if you want to take chairs, picnic stuff etc, we ended up paying for parking at the beach

Clean tidy and warm overall a lovely stay would recommend

It was clean comfortable and spacious. Was nice and warm when we arrived and smelt lovely. The water pressure was really good in the shower. There was complimentary tea coffee sugar milk and even a packet of biscuits which was very kind. There was wifi supplied which was good because getting 5g signal is a nightmare

Not a really bad thing and didn't really impact our stay too much but it would have been nice for a couple of extension leads as there isn't many plug sockets and they aren't in the most convenient places

Property was nice and spacious enough for two of us for a week away.

Few home comforts missing and there was a group of lads smoking weed and drinking in the carpark next to the van and it sounded like they lived on the site so may be a common issue.

Beautiful , tastefully decorated sweet and cosy holiday home.

Everything, such a sweet little apartment with an additional en-suite toilet which we had never expected in a holiday home set up , well equipped kitchen, even fresh milk was kept for guests which was so useful, very friendly host who let us check out an hour late.

Nothing, its a beautiful cosy holiday home very tastefully decorated and one can’t find anything to not like.
