Great communication from the owners from the outset, they were very helpful and quick to respond. Caravan was clean and tidy and we had a comfortable stay, no complaints. The caravan had everything we needed. It was also a quiet site, accepting we were out of high season.
The site itself wasn't perfect for us in terms of location. Even though the beaches are not that far away, Porth is a mile along a steep road which can be busy at times. Reality is you need a car to go anywhere. The site is in a pleasant, but nevertheless unremarkable valley with no real scenery to look at. Fine as a base to visit North Cornwall and overall we had a great weekend.

From the point of booking Steve and Fiona have made the whole experience great. Arrival was seamless, and once we got inside the caravan everything was absolutely spotless and better than we could have imagined. We were kindly left some milk and biscuits which were a godsend as we had left ours at home and arrived late at night!
The heating in the caravan was great, the bed was one of the comfiest we have ever slept in and my husband is very upset to have left the extremely powerful shower behind!
The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed and the balcony was enclosed meaning the dog was safe and sound all of the time we were on the site.
There is a small shop on site and whilst the beach isn’t walkable, it is only 5 minutes drive to Watergate Bay and 15-20 to Newquay town beaches
We could not have wished for a more perfect stay and we are already looking at booking for next year!! Thank you so much

The caravan was immaculate, fresh and modern. It had all the things you need for a comfortable stay, Central heating and a powerful shower was great! There was also a hairdryer. We found the bed very comfortable. Great location, we visited many places with our pooch. Great Hosts who even left us milk and a packet of biscuits on arrival.
