The Westwoods break

The property was very clean and tidy. The location is perfect as not too close to the entrance and entertainment suite.

The property didn't have an ironing board or iron ,but that was our fault for not noticing before we left home for the break. No issues at all. A lovely holiday home. Thank you.

check-in was easy with the key code and good communication from the host. Very clean and well organized. A nice box of goodies on arrival. Well kitted out with cutlery etc. 30min walk to the beaches, but very hilly.

no plug for the kitchen sink, a little expensive for the time of year compared to other caravans on site (confused with naming Chalet, expected a type of lodge but that could be just me!). location on site behind a fence.

Very welcomed, clean and to high standards. Very quite area. Easy enough to find. Friendly reception staff on site. Shop has very good choice at reasonable prices

Entertainment section on site was extremely good however bar staff were very unorganized and the food itself was not what it was ment to be from the menu. I understand mistakes can happen but on this occasion it was extremely poor.. definitely room for improvement

Super Chalet

Very clean and new. Spacious living area. 2 x WCs. Well equipped kitchen. Large Smart TV, good WiFi connection. Great shower pressure, plenty of hot water. Able to park right outside the chalet. Comfortable pull out sofa bed in lounge area. Welcome gift (bottle of prosecco) was much appreciated after the long journey!

Mattresses a little soft for us but that's our personal preference.

When we arrived the cutlery and also the pans used for cooking were used by the previous guests and wasn’t cleaned upon our arrival so we had to do it ourselfs
