Lovely property in a great location. The view is stunning. Both the rooms and the bathroom were super clean and comfortable, spacious and bright. Just perfect in every way. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended !

Very good indeed

Great location, just out of the town centre. Three large bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. Well equipped kitchen and a nice lounge area. Decent sized balcony with nice sea views across to Newquay. Everything about apartment was excellent.

Property was perfect, as was communicating with the owners. Trying to communicate with Booking.com and Sykes Cottages almost impossible.

A fantastic all round experience with great location and stunning views.

Excellent location with two really nice beaches nearby and the town is within easy walking distance. The view towards the sea is fantastic and we had a few stunning sunsets on the veranda. Accommodation is spacious and the property is very well equipped throughout. The interior decor and design is great. Plenty of storage space for our belongings. Neighbours were friendly.

A few of the doors hinges and handles were squeaky and it was difficult to lock the bathroom doors, although I'm sure that can be easily fixed. The cleaning team seemed to think our arrival was 4pm instead of 3pm but that was soon cleared up.

Newquay weekend break

The property was fantastic in every sense spacious, modern with a real feel of luxury and comfort. The location was a short walk for your every needs. I would absolutely recommend to anyone and will be returning myself in the better months.

If I had one negative thing to say about the property it would be that it was far too hot and we were unable to control the heating.

Great location and lovely view

Location of the property was perfect, just on the outskirts of town but close enough to walk to the beaches and restaurants. Comfortable, modern and stylish accommodation, nice welcome pack of goodies on arrival would 100% recommended.
