Lovely clean, spacious apartment well equipped with everything you need. A good base to explore the rest of Cornwall. We really enjoyed our stay.

Sofa bed is not comfortable. Maybe putting a mattress topper on top would help. Other than that, nothing it was grand!

The apartment. Looking at the view. Proximity to the bus stop. Natural surroundings and wild flowers.

Newquay itself. Without a car you would struggle and parking outside the block and in town was difficult.

Rubbish has to be thrown at basement and the approach/ corridor needs to be maintained.
