Excellent

A central location to travel to various beaches and places, free of road parking, a lovely garden. Everything was exceptionally clean and everything you could need provided, including tea bags, coffee and even a packet of biscuits which was a welcome touch. fluffy fresh towels and bedding. comfy beds. excellent communication from the owners. I would recommend and stay again

it is on a main road which can get busy, however it didn’t disrupt my stay, although it’s something I didn’t like.

Relaxing stay

Our stay in Saffron has been lovely. The place had a homey feel especially for our little one. It was very clean, comfy, and relaxing. Great addition were the board games available, perfect for family game night. Location was fab, just off the main street with parking. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in Newquay (apart from the ever changing weather during our stay).

Wow, what an incredible stay! My mum and I recently had the pleasure of staying in this lovely apartment, and it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment itself was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities we could have hoped for. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare delicious meals during our stay. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. One of the standout features of this apartment was its location. It was conveniently situated near all the major attractions, making it easy for us to get around and see everything we wanted to. One more delightful detail worth mentioning is the thoughtful host's gesture of leaving a pack of biscuits, along with a bottle of water for us upon our arrival. It was such a kind and welcoming touch that made us feel instantly at ease and refreshed after our journey. It's these small, considerate gestures that truly set this rental experience apart. Overall, our stay in this apartment was nothing short of fantastic. It felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return. Overall a very lovely place to stay.

The property was well located, very very clean and had a fresh modern feel throughout. The off road parking spot was a big bonus. The apartment was very well equipped, with everything we needed. The milk in the fridge and local biscuits were a nice touch too.

A pleasant apartment for a few nights away

Apartment was clean and very well maintained. Great facilities. Very spacious. Space for parking very handy - no need to stress about finding parking on a street. All you need a for a few nights away!

The mattress for twin beds is a bit firm for my liking. But it isn't back killing.. maybe a softer one would be nicer.

Superb

The house is in immaculate condition. Everything is well looked after and in perfect working order. It is a bonus to have a spacious garden that you can enjoy to its fullest in sunny days. Location is also great, within a short walking distance to a lovely beach in Newquay. I can't recommend this property highly enough.

Spacious apartment with great bedrooms and shower. Felt newly decorated and comfortable. Hosts were very helpful and made the place very welcoming. Parking space was useful.

Kitchen was missing a few cupboard essentials like salt and pepper.

Perfect, relaxing and enjoyable stay with total comfort!

Modern, clean and welcoming. We felt relaxed and comfortable straight away. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. The beds and bedding were clean, well made and comfortable. Bathroom with shower was lovely. Decor throughout was immaculate and colourful.

A great stay and helpful hosts.

The location was good for where we needed to go and it was easy to get into the centre of Newquay as well as to head back out. The parking was good, probably better with a smaller car to allow you greater maneuverability. The flat had plenty of space, free wifi, and just about everything you needed. The local Co-op supermarket was easy to walk to and had all the necessities. The hosts were also really accommodating with our early arrival after traveling down from London.

A hairdryer and a clothes dryer would have come in handy but that would have just been the icing on the cake.

Everything. A lovely immaculate, modern and very stylish and comfortable apartment, with homely touches. Lovely welcome pack of tea coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits. Location was ideal to visit different parts of Cornwall. Kerrie and Dean were ideal hosts only a call way if needed.

Home from home!

The apartment was brand new, immaculate, fully equipped, fantastically comfortable, excellent location, home from home. A stone's throw from Porth Beach or Lusty Glaze! A short drive into Newquay/Crantock. Kerrie and Dean were on hand if we needed them, but we didn't as the place had everything for our needs. Loved it. Will deffo return.
