Good location with gated parking and a gated courtyard. Available heating and air conditioning was great. Easy walk into town and a big supermarket very close by. Check in was smooth and our host (Patrizia) was fantastic - easy to talk to and provided a good summary of everything.
Kitchen could have had more supplies - ie. sharp knives, plates, glasses, etc.

Un solo bicchiere. Mancavano scopa e paletta. Niente detersivi in cucina, per la lavatrice, mancavano olio, sale. Poca carta igienica. Shampoo e doccia schiuma ridottissimi. Vicini al piano di sopra rumorosissimi anche in piena notte.
