fantastic location and modern room

We had some issues with our luggage at the airport, which made our check in time delayed but the staff member waited for us and made our check in so pleasant. The room was very clean and frees drinks where a lovely touch.

Only dislike was no lift and had to carry 3 x 25kg luggage up three flights of stairs but don't be turned off by this, its a small complex located in a great spot.

Comfortable and Luxurious apartment in the heart of Split

Very comfy bed, luxurious bathroom and very centrally located.

You need to climb a few staircases, but that is not an issue if you have no mobility issues.

Luxurious modern apartment in Old Town just steps from Riva Promenade.

Exactly as they look in the pictures. Beautifully decorated and spacious rooms in an excellent location in the Old Town. King sized bed very comfortable and single couch bed suitable for my 10 year old. Communication with our host Gabi was outstanding and she was always available to answer any questions. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again

This was a beautiful place to stay. Great location, in the middle of it all. You stepped out into a buzzy street! But when in the room, you couldn’t hear any of the noise and it was so peaceful. The decor was beautiful and the finishes were perfect. Can’t wait to come back for a second visit!

Fantastic Accomadation 5*

Fastantic location in the very centre of Split. Close to restaurants, bars, the sights, the sea, boating trips. Apartment clean, full complementary mini bar, coffee machine, kettle, towels. Very secure building & safe location. Split is a very safe place especially if coming from other European countries. Overall a 5* experience. Would highly recommend for families or couples, groups of friends.

The street noise which can go on into the early hours in high season. Ear plugs would help with this.

Apartment was absolutely perfect. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged to suit all of us. The hosts were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with great hosts and a fantastic location in Split, this is the spot!

Central location and easy to find! On the edge of the labyrinth of the streets of ‘old town’ where we watched tourists wheeling their luggage on the cobblestone streets looking for their accommodations. Very well appointed room and Gabi, our host, was awesome and attentive. I left my e-reader 🥹 and she arranged to have it back to me immediately of which I was so grateful. We will recommend this apartment to our family and friends visiting Split, and we would certainly stay here again should we return 🇭🇷🇨🇦

Late into the night you can faintly hear the bass from music playing somewhere in the area. With the time change, we were awake in the wee hours so heard it. It made me happy to know young people were up and out late at night living large 💃

Would 1000% stay here again!

you can tell these appartment a have been built really well with fine finishes and great attention to detail, we were very happy with the place. great amenities and storage for longer stays if required, bathroom very nice and clean and new, bed and linen/pillows were great!

It is very central which is great, but may not be great for light sleepers as you do hear noise when people come home late at night in the other rooms on the level and also street noise quite loud, the metal blinds on the windows helped keep heaps of it out and general noise from street was no dramas but as I said above, the front door doesn’t have sound proofing so loud noise when neighbours come home at all hours
