Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Besitzerin. Veranda ist ausgestattet mit Liege, Tisch mit Stuhl und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Frühstück war sehr gut. Immer wieder gerne.

Lieu calme et avec vue sur mer et belle végétation. L'accueil chaleureux et le petit déjeuner excellent

Manque un petit porte serviette dans la salle de bains ou autre équipement pour poser ses affaires

It felt private and quiet, even though it is close to the main road. Armini was very accommodating! She went out of her way to provide what I needed, even going to purchase some clothes pins to hold the mosquito netting around my bed together. I never had a mosquito get into the room though, so they weren't even needed. Even on the front porch, I rarely saw any mosquitos; I only saw a couple on the porch the moment I arrived, which prompted my request. They delivered fresh ginger tea for me every morning, as well as fruit which was all I wanted for breakfast. Armini also got me a scooter to rent at a low price, delivered right there, a taxi ride back to Ubud at a good price, and a really awesome massage at a low price, provided by her very sweet daughter Ayu. It's also very close to a beach with very few people on it, just 2 minutes' walk down an unmarked trail just less than 100 meters down the road (the beach appears in my two photos submitted with this review). There are also some fine restaurants within 5 minutes' walk.

There were geckos, cockroaches, ants, and even a large rat in my room. I awoke one night to a large cockroach running across my leg. There was a hole in the wall off the bathroom floor where a rat knew its way in and out, but I blocked it so the rat couldn't get it after it ran out. Armini said she would fix that. I had to be very careful with food not to leave anything in the trash to attract ants (like everywhere in Bali but especially here). I changed my room to perhaps the only room with a bidet on the toilet. I'm thankful it was also available when I checked in. (This was the first place in Bali where I found a hotel room without a bidet.)

Armini e la sua famiglia sono stati preziosi per noi. Ci hanno aiutato tantissimo anche per quanto riguarda il noleggio moto e i transfer. Ci hanno accolto e trattati come membri della famiglia. La posizione é ottima, vicina alle più belle spiagge di Amed come Jameluk o Lipa Beach. Ci mancheranno tantissimo i loro Banana pancakes, super buoni! La vista sul mare dalla nostra casetta ma soprattutto la piccola Putu di cui ci siamo innamorati 🥰 Grazie mille per aver reso la nostra permanenza ad Amed super speciale, ci rivedremo presto! Super consigliato!!
