Extremely beyond expectation. A real turn off from renting Airbnb.

Convenient location.

On the fifth floor with broken elevator. Minimally stocked with necessities Didn’t have enough towel for everyone No comforter, get bedsheets instead Some bedding/towels have stains Concierge service is extremely poor, no possibility of early check in despite empty apartment. Very terse, minimal and last minute info re baggage storage and check in time from concierge even when we have repeatedly communicated our expected arrival time, preferred way of communication by WhatsApp, request for information on baggage storage more than 48 hours in advanced. Concierge only sent us a standard welcome by SMS the night before our arrival with no specific check in time. With a better communication response by the concierge, we could spend the afternoon enjoying Annecy instead of waiting for check in. Check out was delayed because the first concierge sent did not show up. We have to move all our luggage down 5 flight of stairs due to broken elevator. Still waiting for compensation from the poor service.

Wonderful

Annecy is truly wonderful with so much to do from lake activities to hiking and eating out at the many wonderful cafes / restaurants. The location of the apartment was superb and close to the train station which was perfect for catching trains to explore the area including Geneva and Chamonix. It was a perfect size for us as a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 teenagers) with ample living space, well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a lovely view over the town / mountains from the balcony and windows. The apartment was clean and the beds very comfortable. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Great location but poor value

The location was excellent, beds were comfortable and electric fans were appreciated. The outlook of this apartment will be lovely in 2026 when they finish the building works.

The conciergerie service was clearly overstretched, and we couldn't get access to the property until 5:20pm on entry day, despite supposedly being available from 4pm. This wasn't great on a day of extreme heat. The apartment furnishings are minimal and sofa /chairs were old and uncomfortable. Despite the relatively high price of the apartment, there was no basic cleaning pack with dishwasher tabs / washing up liquid, and I found crockery and appliances that had not been properly cleaned. There was a maintenance issue with a kitchen tap that others had previously noted on reviews. Overall the apartment was disappointing for the cost.

Great location, shame about the building work

The shower was good and beds comfortable but one of the single bed mattresses was badly stained and no mattress protector. The balcony but see below re building work. Location was great with a bakery just around the corner.

We were not told there is major building work across the road from the property. It started at 7.15 every morning except Sunday and it woke us up and was noisy to sit on the balcony for breakfast. No air conditioning but fans were provided. Washing machine smelly and damaged and unusable in that state. Tap in kitchen kept falling into sink and it fell and broke a wine glass. Not enough wine glasses or teaspoons and no bottle opener and no scissors The handover was very poor with very little information. The information sheet needs to be updated as not relevant to this property. A bedside table broke during our stay.

A modern, clean, perfect place for a family to stay and enjoy the beauty and charm of Annecy.

The apartment was perfect for our family of six. It was very spacious with modern conveniences, including a well-stocked kitchen. The location was just right to access the old village in the lake. The concierge was very accommodating and friendly for any needs that we had.

Séjour très agréable à 2 pas du lac

L’appartement est très bien décoré, aménagé, et les équipements sont récents. Il est lumineux, spacieux et bien situé (à la fois proche du lac et proche du centre). Les chambres ont plein de rangements cf qui est très agréable si on se projette pour un long séjour entre amis ou en famille. Nous avons aussi apprécié de ne pas avoir à gérer les serviettes et les draps ! L’accueil par le concierge a été sympathique aussi.

Malheureusement il n’y a pas de double vitrage et même au 5eme étage c’est bruyant. De plus, il n’y a que des voilages et pas de rideaux occultants, et les volets métalliques ne suffisent pas à bloquer la lumière du petit matin , cela nous a réveillé bien trop tôt ! Et enfin, la vaisselle n’était pas propre en arrivant et il y avait des miettes dans les placards , pas terrible pour un logement de cette qualité. Donc cela pose la question du ménage inclu dans la location !
