An old drovers inn with plenty of character. The staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The quality of food for the Valentines special was exceptional.
The en suite bathroom in room 4 was tatty and needs refurbishing.

Such a beautiful characterful building. Outstanding staff, comfortable bed, terrific food. Absolutely lovely.

-The staff were so friendly and welcoming, they couldn't do enough for you.
-The building is beaut and very warm and comfortable.
-The food was incredible, we had dinner and breakfast and it could not be faulted.
-Very warm welcome from Horace!
-Very accommodating with room-changes
-Location is perfect for where we were visiting and really stunning, very peaceful and rural
-Bed was comfortable and there was loads of storage and seating
-Giant shower and bathroom makes a nice change from many hotels
-Just impeccable vibes, really
