Mountain View is for those looking for a digital detox and to enjoy the surrounding countryside. This lovely shepherd’s hut is situated on the owners small holding with views overlooking the rolling countryside with views of the mountain.



If walking or cycling is your thing, then Mountain View is the perfect gateway to the mountains, including the nearby Skirrid, The Sugar Loaf Mountain and the Blorange. There is even a vineyard at the base offering tasting sessions. The famous ‘The Tumble’ cycle hill climb, and the hills, Ysgyryd Fach, Deri, Rholben, Ysgyryd Fawr and Mynyd Llanwenarth can also be found nearby. With easy access to the Brecon Beacons National Park and Black Mountains. Abergavenny is only 4½ miles away, home of the famous Food Festival. It boasts good shops and a market, a cinema, theatre, castle and museum as well as good choice of pubs, cafés and restaurants.
