Spacious, comfortable and warm. All the necessities plus a few extras supplied by the owner. Quiet farming location a short distance from the local village with pub and shop.

Nithing to not like

The host was extremely friendly, gorgeous quiet location and spacious living dining room. Easy drive to Herefotd. Beautiful outside space too.

Very clean, spacious, warm and cozy. Very comfy bed, luxurious bathroom. Loads of hot water. Kitchen outfitted with most things. The host, Jonathan, welcomed us, very pleasant gentleman. Surprised us with milk, fresh flowers, and assorted snacks. Farmland all around, 5 min footpath to little village and excellent pub. Lovely surroundings.

Nothing to dislike. Some people might prefer it to have a dishwasher or washer/dryer, but didn’t bother us.

Our stay at Granary 1 was brilliant, we were met on arrival by John our very friendly host as well as the resident farm cat who was on hand to greet everyone too! The accommodation was really modern, well equipped, clean and had everything we needed and we were even provided with milk and essentials which was a really nice surprise. The setting is really peaceful in the countryside and we were able to make use of the outdoor seating in the sunshine. The accommodation is close to Madley, a lovely village and we had a great evening at the Red Lion pub. All in all a great stay and we'll definitely be returning when visiting the area.
