The lounge and kitchen was spacious and attractive with the oak beams. Also all the facilities were available.
The initial photo on the advert bore no resemblance to the actual appearance of the outside of the property.
The outside garden was a little bit overgrown but ideal if you have dogs.
The bed was too small but to be fair was dictated to by the size of the room.
The hot water was boiling and the boiler made a loud banging noise frequently.
There was some damp issues on the skirting board and bath panel where it had turned brown.
