דירה מרווחת נקיה ומוארת, בנין עתיק קלאסי, מתוחזק טוב. יש 8 מיטות בפיזור נוח, אך חשוב לומר שבסלון הוא בעצם החדר שינה השלישי עם 2 מיטות יחיד. יש מקלחת עם שירותים, אמבטיה ללא שירותים ושירותים נפרדים- טוב למספר נפשות. יש אבזור טוב במטבח ובדירה - כגון ארונות כסאות ושולחנות, מכונת כביסה שעבדה טוב. עיצוב נעים ומצעים נוחים.
הרצפה יפה ועתיקה, כל כך שהיא חורקת מאד. למרות המאמצים לשים שטיחים זה לא מטשטש מספיק את החריקות. עבור מי שרגיש לרעשים בהרדמות או לפני התעוררות זה לא נעים בכלל. וילונות מכסים את החלונות, אך יש חלונות גבוהים גדולים מאד כך שבבוקר נכנס המון אור לחדרים, מפריע למי שרגיל לישון בחושך. הינו בטוחים שיש תנור, כנרראה לא קראנו טוב. היו חסרים שקיות זבל ומטליות לניגוב המשטח במטבח- לשהייה ארוכה זה לא נעים. מכיוון שיש 2 מקלחות היה ראוי ל 2 סבוני גוף וכן לדאוג לפחים בכל החדרים והשירותים. מגבות טיפה דקות ובלויות. 2 מיטות רכות מדי ולא נוחות.

De indeling van het appartement was top en zoals het hoort voor grotere groepen.
De vaatwasser was vol en niet proper. De vuilbak in de keuken was niet leeggemaakt. Hier en daar nog wat stof te zien, maar niks erg.

Excellent facilities , was a problem with one of the beds which broke when a guest was asleep in it but these things happen , excellent value for money
