Posizione comoda per la vicinanza a metro e bus e grandezza dell'appartamento con tre bagni.
Spifferi dalle finestre, i bagni che andrebbero rimodernati, gli asciugamani ruvidi, i letti dai quali si sentivano le molle, i copridivani macchiati, la porta d'ingresso difettosa per la chiusura.

Posizione centrale ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, locali e supermercati a pochi metri per tutti i gusti. Appartamento ampio anche se due delle stanze sono veramente piccole.
Appartamento al sesto piano di struttura fatiscente, acensore inquietante (massimo 2 persone-ho usato le scale tutti i giorni); appartamento comunque decoroso. Due camere ampie, altre due molto piccole per due adulti. Tre bagni poco attrezzati (erogatori di sapone non presenti in tutti i bagni, tende doccia assenti) ma decorosi. Cucina piccola, manca la lavastoviglie, rubinetteria difettosa. Biancheria da letto e asciugamani limitatissimi, cuscini da letto poco ergonomici (qualcuno ha integrato con i cuscini dei divani ma senza federe). I divani presenti nell'appartamento avevano le coperture sporche
