Excellent location and very well maintained

We had some issue with availability of hot water in the evening. The staff was very helpful and it would be good to fix this.

Great location with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Spotlessly clean apartment, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water for showers, bathrooms in good condition. Sunny terrace, peaceful too. Easy check in instructions and I would recommend this accommodation.

Lacked attention to detail, no tea towels to dry cups etc. Would be lovely to have a bottle of water, tea and coffee pack for example. Constantly in doubt as to whether we were in contact with a human or AI support (could be both), but lacked a human touch. Only half the jacuzzi worked (jets on one side broken). To start with the jacuzzi wouldn’t even warm up but we got there eventually. Had many messages on WhatsApp from BQA and Daniel (both could be AI) saying maintenance coming or an inspection happening, didn’t see anyone. We were also directed to an app from BQA for a self check in and to register passport details, this app said our apartment had a washing machine and dish washer which it didn’t! It also told us a different address but thankfully booking.com details are correct.

Nagyon jo, nyugodt helyen található szép, tiszta apartman. Tetszett a fürdőszobában az éjszakai diszkrét világítás.

Nem működött a megadott wi-fi kód és a tv az előszobában volt felszerelve, nem a hálóban, így tulajdonképpen nem lehetett nézni, de egyébként sem volt semmilyen csatorna fogható.

Het was schoon en rustig gelegen.

Je kan je bagage er niet stallen daarvoor moet je naar een luggage store. Het appartement was zeer summier ingericht. 2 handdoeken voor 2 personen voor 3 nachten. Geen keuken handdoek/theedoek. Geen afwasmiddel. Geen schoonmaak spullen. Dus eigenlijk kun je er slapen en douchen maar dat was het dan ook. Uitzicht Tess een stenen muur.
