Very nice, modern and very clean apartment, very quiet with a great view into a spacious open courtyard, well equipped and pleasant, especially the available air condition makes a wonderful atmosphere, the apartment has very comfortable bed and is really spacious, the communication with the owners was very friendly, very good location, all highly recommendable!
The following apect is not an issue of the very pleasant appartment nor of the owners, it's just an information for those possibly sensitive to cigarette smoke like we are:
due to the architectural structure of a - without this aspect - very pleasant and quiet courtyard and due to the touristic character of this object almost at anytime you open the otherwise very beautiful and attractice balcony many people are smoking on the other balconies. Stinking air almost continuuously overwhelms and makes this wonderful balcony unfortunately unusable - not a flaw of the apartment nor of the friendly owners - just as a remark

Mieszkanie położone w idealnej lokalizacji. Nowy budynek, blisko metro, tramwaje, autobusy, sklepy. Bardzo czysto, świetny kontakt z właścicielem, naprawdę godne polecenia.

Geräumige, helle Ferienwohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattet, inkl. Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd mit Backrohr und Waschmaschine. Nur ein Korkenzieher fehlte, den haben wir ersetzt. Sehr gute Betten. Die Lage ist günstig, nur wenige Minuten zur Bushaltestelle und zur U-Bahn. Obwohl sich die Wohnung im Zentrum befindet, ist es durch durch die Postion in einer Nebenstraße im 5. Stock und v.a. wegen der Ausrichtung zur Rückseite, sehr ruhig. Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen!
