The street where the building is located is perfect. Lots of bars, cafes, restaurants, shops open all night. Transportation is perfect on that street. The apartment has a nice kitchen.

The host informed me that the apartment I reserved and paid for was not available, even before my arrival and check-in. I booked it because I wanted that particular apartment. I saw he had a bathtub. It was supposed to be my relaxing two-day weekend. The excuse was that there was no electricity in the apartment, which is ridiculous, because I got a replacement apartment on the same floor, which also had electricity. Ok, a little glitch? You immediately solve it. That's called professionalism. I think I got an apartment worth less money than the one I booked and paid for, and I didn't get it because of the alleged power failure.

Sauberes, renoviertes Apt. (Nr.3) mit voll funktionstüchtigem Duschbad in für BUD typischem erst teilrenoviertem Altbau. Bildbeschreibung des 1-Zi-Apts entspricht voll der Realität. Gebäude trotz der zentralen Lage mit optimaler Anbindung an 3 Metrolinien und lebhafter Gastronomie erstaunlich ruhig nachts.

Mir persönlich eigentlich nichts. Die leicht eingeschränkte Küchenausstattung (Pfanne mit Induktionsplatten und Mikrowelle ohne Kochtöpfe) dürfte in einem 1-Bett-Apt. bei dem üppigen Restaurantangebot in der Nachbarschaft nur für extreme Selbstversorger Anlass zur Kritik bieten.

Nevresim ve havlular ilk gittiğimizde kirli kokuyordu ve banyo gideri suyu düzgün tahliye etmiyordu..Görevliye durumu ilettiğimde ertesin gün çözüm buldu ama bu şekilde başlangıç bir nebze üzücüydü..Genel anlamda fiyat performans açısından tercih edilebilir..
